If i could leave zero stars i would. The way they talk to people is disgusting. Or should i say black people.. I have spent to much money in here but i wont step foot in here or give one more penny of my hard earned money. Ill go clear across town. 2 people walked out well u was in here due to the way this guy talks to people.

Mud minnows are $9 a dozen and you will lose 3 or 4 out of every dozen. I call every bait store in town before I go there! This is not a one time thing, its every time I go.Dont buy the batteries because they last a day and there done.Donalds and 38 are way better for muds

Always friendly, give me the latest on what folks are catching on what and where. Like everybody, theyre having supply issues, especially on bait, but theyre getting by. Prices are reasonable too.

Nice enough place, get there early and you can get the fresh dead shrimp before they are frozen. Near as good as live, for the price of frozen.

The whole experience was a blast. From watching the live fish and shrimp to preparing a nice fishing pole setup. Only put 4 stars because the customer service couldve been more welcoming. It was obvious they werent ecstatic to be there.

They know what theyre talking about which is great! The girl in there knew what was biting & what I should use to catch it. Came in from out of town & fished a local pier & ended up bringing home a 37 redfish!

Theyd get 5 stars if they bring the big dude at the front counter back tho. I started coming back here because of him and his friendliness. Love this place! The guys are always super helpful, friendly and have lots of information. We always stop here first before we go fishing and weve had bad experiences at other places. The prices are good and they usually have a good selection. They also have snacks and cold drinks. A must try if youre fishing in NSB!

First time visiting this shop, was greeted by one young man behind the counter. I asked for live shrimp and the other guy behind the counter says no, they both start to laugh and start to mumble something between themselves. I say thats not nice and then the first guy begins to help me. Didnt seem like the other guy was trying to be funny but just a jerk. Cove and Tackle is my go to shop but they were out of live shrimp. Customer service rated a 0.

Great bait and tackle store with very helpful and friendly staff.

Nice set-up, friendly workers, we got a dozen live shrimp when it doesnt Frozen. The live shrimp were quite Lively, in the Frozen were pretty fresh so no complaints about the bait. Of note, whenever it rains the parking lot usually floods at least large portions of it so just be aware of that. theres a restaurant next to it called Mitchs weve never eaten there but it seems to be very popular just something to keep in mind. we think this is the best bait shop in the area with consistently good live shrimp.

Great place for bait. They have good prices and plenty of stock to choose from. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable they also have a board that tells you what people are catching and where and on what bait. Nice selection of shrimp nets and lights as well. I will defiantly be going back and getting the ugly stick I saw there.

This bait shop is open the latest in the area ! Staff are friendly . Best price for live Blue crab (ask to have them declawed). Prices are reasonable overall.out of all the shops they have the best drop net quality/price ratio at about 40$ very sturdy and will be a great investment for pier fishers.( Will help you get up the big fish and reduce risk of loosing it) highly recommend this investment. Only con is the live shrimp . You cant choose the size you want only assorted and most are smallish.

Open til 9pm for anyone that does night fishing. Love how close it is to many fishing spots in area, bait of your choosing / live, frozen an a few artificial gear as well. Overall people are friendly an honest.

This is my go to bait shop by far when I hit up the coast. They are open fairly late on weekends w a bar right next door! 12 fresh lively shrimp and 6 pinfish (cause I forgot my castnet) was around like 10 bucks, fished for hours! They are located in a great spot w multiple public piers to fish, a boat ramp across the street and kayak drop in within stones throw away... Also the beach and inlet is 5 mins away! Support local business and buy from these folks, you wont be disappointed. I guarantee 👍

Plenty of parking and pull thru areas for boat trailers. Boat slips also. Always has bait that is lively. You can stop here on the way to many fishing spots and they have ice. Very good resteraunt in the front plaza everything we have tried has been delicious! Friendly associates also that are more than willing to help you get the right bait for the fish you want to bring home

Best bait shop ever me and my boyfriend drive from Holly Hill to Nsb just to come here they are more than friendly. They make u feel like family. They sell everything from bait and tackle to shirts and hate and even some very cute hook necklace that me and my boyfriend both have. We have stickers on both our truck and our work truck. We love yall

SCAMMERS. Paid $80 for one day of fishing equipment, returned it the next day and they made me pay for the rod for damaged equipment. And never gave us the PVC holders for rods and said I stole them . Spent $155 caught one fish

The owner of the company is only outvto take all ur money she could care less about u having a good time on the river. I worked there two 90 hours and made two hinder bucks. She keep 700 dollars from me. Now toyna and Rick are the best they put more time and effort to make sure u fishing experience is the best.if it was me if pay a few cent extra to get treated like areal person. To tell u the truth the owner is about to see my lawyer.
