I recently brought my Pathfinder 2200 in to Boaters Exchange at New Smyrna for some minor warranty items and Yahama 100 hrs service. The service was exceptional in terms of quality of mechanics, thoroughness of solutions, and above all the sincere interest from Ron Prekup in explaining what was done. He treated my boat like his own and left me with that good feeling of good ole customer service.I had purchased the boat a year ago at Rockledge, 120 mi from my home and was completely satisfied with that experience as well. It was Shawn at that location who recommended I bring my boat for service at this other location, 70 mi from my home. All the maintenance records were the same, and some warranty parts were transferred without hiccup.Bottom line, extremely satisfied with Pathfinder and Boaters Exchange, well worth the travel to work with the right people!

I recently had a Minn Kota trolling motor installed at the New Smyrna dealership along with two additional batteries and a 3-bank charger. Ron Prekup kept in constant communication with me from start to finish and Abe Richardson did an excellent job with the installation. It required relocating my bow running light and cleat. The mounting is solid as a rock. I have had the boat out at least 6 times and it works great. I will definitely bring my boat back for future maintenance and any upgrades.

Boaters Exchange I really had a great experience at buying my boat there they are very friendly and they take into consideration of what your needs and what you want to do with the boat to help you get the right one Mitch my salesman was awesome the captain Jackson that took us out on the water to show us everything was very patient and didn’t mind how long it took he wanted it make sure everything was good mike and the other two owners was very help also and Elle also did a great job on Detaling the boat before we took delivery and I would like to say a special thanks to juli she did the paperwork and she was awesome she made sure that we understood everything also Brain in parts was very helpful to thanks guys you have a awesome team

This place is a breath of fresh air in an industry that struggles with customer satisfaction. I am always impressed no matter what location I go to. Ron, Craig, and Kevin will take care of you and they have an awesome well known local mechanic working for them. Both locations are owned by the guys in Rockledge, but they make sure both stores are up to par. These guys have taken care of me since the minute I brought in my old trade in. They had no idea I would go on to buy a new boat, but I was treated with respect from day one. I will always do business with boaters exchange. I’m glad I bought a boat from them.

We have been looking for a jet boat for awhile now, met with a couple other dealers closer to us (St. Augustine) and we just didn’t like the way we felt they were taking advantage of us and just making us feel dirty as we left. In our final attempt we came across Boaters Exchange in hopes we could feel good about making such a big purchase with people we feel we could trust. We weren’t only just happy with their customer service, but their honesty and understanding where we were coming from on how big of a deal this was to us, just sent it over the top! I have never seen such great communication and care coming from a sales rep as we have here (with Kevin). The experience we had in buying our boat just made it that much easier and more exciting. We couldn’t be happier and will continue to drive an hr or so just to get it serviced.

How refreshing to deal with the helpful friendly staff at New Smyrna Beach! Brought my boat in one week and they had a complete service on my old worn out Yamaha done in a few days. Cleaned it up too and runs perfect now. Had a major issue in my offshore boat that several different mechanics tried to fix and these guys actually took the boat out in the water to run it and figure out the problem. Fixed that within an hour!!Ron Prekup my service manager is remarkable and truly loves his job and is passionate about customer service like I have never experienced anywhere! Paul Berube who I think is one of the owners is also a super individual of integrity and caring that I bought my first boat from many years ago in Rockledge. I would highly recommend this company for anything boating related. As many know it’s hard to find this combination of sales and service around here!
