At the portion of checkout where the machine prompt asks you about your visit, the employee didnt allow me to fill out the survey. Instead she reaches over the counter, swung the machine away from me and gave it a high star rating. When I encountered a problem during my visit, and wanted to tell the company, so I found this to be really strange as I respond to machine prompts quickly and have been visiting BO for over a decade. The star rating was after her trying to sell me something I noticed during checkout was broken and would not suit my needs because of this, then offered me a discount after I already said no. No means no lady.

Amazing discount prices on home goods and clothing that are usually much higher at other retail stores, including the parent retail Bealls. Though the main Bealls has a larger selection on all of their merchandise, and the prices are pretty good there too, especially during any of the sales periods. Terrific staff too, very helpful and friendly. Always a pleasure to shop at Bealls Outlet, and Bealls primary stores.
