This place is awesome. Highly recommend. Grant is the man and has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and nice every time I stop in. As a newbie it’s super nice to be able to stop in and ask some questions without any arrogance. Definitely check this place out

I usually stop in here once or twice a year when passing through. They have some ok clothing items. I have purchased the Ripcurl brand and its decent quality but definitely overpriced. Id like to suggest to the owners that they need to have at least one professional managerial-type employee on duty. Last few times its just been a few very young people who never greet you or even look at you, and they have VERY obnoxious auto-generated music (or poor excuse thereof) playing that does not fit the surfing vibe at all. I would have stayed longer but became annoyed and embarrassed to be seen. Like another reviewer stated, I went next door and spent more time and $ there.

Me and my fiancé came to this storeyesterday at noon and saw this sign.We came back again at 4 pm today and saw this same sign. We waited for 30 minutes. and the shop never opened.When does this place open? It doesnt seem like there is consistency when they do this cleaning. And there isnt any communication of hours on their doors.Im understanding of the importance of cleanliness during COVID times, but no communication of how long you will be closed and no consistency in this routine doesnt make any sense.My fiancé was prepared to buy some bathing suits from this shop, and we saw at least 10 - 12 other people come to the door and walk away when they saw this sign. This store is definitely missing out on potential revenue because of this.

Not a real surf shop. Terrible service. Buying shorts and shirts should be easy! The older lady is very sketchy. Use to be ok.

Really appreciated the great customer service today. I didn’t get the lady’s name but she was awesome in helping me find board shorts for my son. It’s definitely more challenging when you can’t try anything on so I really appreciated the help.

First visited this Rip Curl store in December 2019. Bought a loose rash guard, shorts, hat and a shirt. Love their products. Visited again today and got a compression rash guard, a childs rash guard, boardshorts and a tee shirt... Tried the rash guard out as soon as I got back to the condo. Very impressive, keeps you warm in colder water... The staff is always friendly and helpful... Rip Curl may be more expensive than other swim/surfing apparel; however, Ill pay more for quality that lasts... Plan on visiting Rip Curl everytime I come to Port Orange!

Rip curl is a brand boutique. Great designs, trendy stuff. They rotate merch frequently. Stuff you wont find anywhere else in nsb.

Beyond rude female employee today. Wrapped triple layer cotton material around my face to meet their mask rules. Employee asked me to leave if I don’t have a surgical mask or a super thin fishing buff. Obviously doesnt care about the owners revenue. Walked to the surf shopnext door & spent $800.

Its not your stereotypical chill surf shop. It has a variety of top line surfing equipment and clothing. If youre a stance sock fan, then youve stumbled upon a great shop to stock up on your collection. Definitely stop by the last shop on Flagler avenue if you plan on dropping in NSB
