Would be nice to know if they are open or closed from the road. Everyone has to pull in get out, go to door and then we know its closed. Seen this happen numerous times over this past month. Was the the other day at 10:30 am, closed again. Which I guess I understand if not staffed enough. However maybe put a sign out By the Rd. So we dont waste time parking. Getting out etc, etc

I absolutely LOVED this store! Easy and conveniently right off I-95 it offered clean restrooms, a huge variety of hot foods, and even a yogurt bar! I really enjoyed the self check option, its the first Ive encountered in that type of store. This store also has the nicest employees Ive encountered since moving to Florida. Specifically Joseph! He was extremely helpful in so many ways! He was pure sunshine that gave me rainbows on my rainy Sunday drive across Florida. 🌈 If I lived closer this would totally be My store. 🙃

They have been out of sprinkles literally 6 weeks I stop for gas dailyband an ice cream occasionally but have asked numerous times and every single day no sprinkles.. You seriously cant order sprinkles thats got to be the most common topping. How do you not see this do you not ever inventory? Other wise the gas station does okay.

Awful. They have a lot of nerve calling themselves Racetrac while they have the slowest pumps around.. its painful watching my tank fill so slowly every pump in New Smyrna Beach pumps faster than these guys. Literally a waste of time.

Easy off & on I-95. Very clean store and restrooms. Friendly smiling staff. Great Cajun boiled peanuts.

Vary clean establishment, with E20 flex fuel option. Vary good coffee selection that brews near perfectly for American coffee. Large selection of goodies and treats. The bathrooms definitely help set this place above the crowd of gas stations along this and must routes. Only gripe I have is that the checkout line was slow given that both registers where open and the line went noticeably slow. Nice looking lake behind establishment that we did not approach.

Brand new construction martin clean but extremely poorly managed staff. Really really long lines and isles full of items needing to be unpacked and chill crowded without nearly enough staff

In reality I’m giving you less than one star... You have a sign stating that without masks one can be served through the box that is next to the cashier... The old hag came to the cash register both times I rang the bell to shuffle something and walked away... I knocked on the glass window and she came back to sip on her soda... Then walked away... If you don’t want to work the graveyard shift, then don’t... But it isn’t your right to ignore clients... Here’s wishing you a happier life... PS, if you can, skip this town all together...

Worst gas station in town. Supposed to be open 24 hours yet they “close” even when they have two people staffed at night. Never count on this place being open past 7.

Toilet does not work,but good pizza

I’ve never seen any gas station ever that was closed so often. Much less a 24hr gas station closed during normal business hours. Epic fail too many times. I will avoid coming here

Anthony was really friendly and kind. I was taking a road trip so I stopped for gas but all the pumps were out of gas.I’m writing this review because of Anthony‘s great customer service

ABSOLUTELY HATE this location, i have to drive through almost everyday from work to get to cocoa beach and on occasion i have to use the bathroom, i get gas and when i need to use the bathroom i want to go in but what do you lobby is closed !! imagine being pregnant and needing to use the bathroom on a long drive and cant go how convenient, this place is joke . not once or twice more times then i can count on my hand this happens .

This place never has what u need. Then they want u to check yourself out. I am not trained so unless your going to start paying me for doing a customer service job. I will not be going back.

Theyre always either closed or out of regular gas how does a regular gas station run out of gas especially on State Road 44 right by the beach makes no sense and then they close at random times overnight just for s**** and giggles because they feel like it

This is a very easy on/off from I-95.The grandkids like the frozen yogurt and toppings bar. Sometimes I indulge myself. The selection is nice but the outside tables need more frequent cleaning.The staff is very friendly and the gas price is always competitive.

Very unprofessional. Went to racetrac at 3:00am because they are open 24/7 . Got there and there was a line of people standing outside trying to figure out why the doors were locked.. 2 associates walking around the store glanced at us and looked away, didnt say a word, didnt motion they were closed, no sign on door, nothing, so one of the gentlemenstanding outside knocked on the door and to ask what was going on and a blonde headed lady screamed at the top of her lungs in a nasty voice were closed!!!! Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will definitely be calling corporate to complain and will be taking my business to 7 eleven

Worst experience ever! We went to get gas and all I had was a big bill. Manger was rude and refuse service stating they didnt have changes. It more like refusing service to us because my husband was tatted and probably look intimidating.

I’ve travelled most of this country coast to coast and from Seattle to Miami and many more long hauls. This is without a doubt one of the cleanest gas stations I’ve ever been in.

Brand new. Showed up on google maps as a grassy field. Super clean bathrooms. Plenty of snacks and drink options. Hotdog, pizza bar, coffee bar, ice cream etc. Friendly service. Lots of gas pumps and it has e15 88 octane gas as well as diesel at ALL pumps!

The facility was very clean. This will be my go to gas station when Im traveling on 95. Its conveniently next to Walmart too.

Supposed to be open 24/7 pumps didnt work and the attendant wouldnt let anyone in. He wrote a note saying closed till 5:00am but let one person in.

Racetrac on RT 44 in NSB is horrible. My husband went in for a pack of cigarettes and was told by manager Alex they never carried his brand. Husband told him that he stops in there often and they always have them. He refused to look for them. Also, woman working the roller grill with gloves on then came to the register and waited on a customer, handled cash and then returned to the roller grill with the SAME gloves on and proceeded to handle food. If you get sick after eating there, you know why!

Just came in for some food..no one to take care of you. No microwave to heat things..no empanadas..one guy at the counter he knows nothing. Used to be my favores..BaD news. Where is management

The only reason I gave this place a 1 is because I want to get my story out. Yesterday while I was at work in southern Georgia someone got ahold of my banking information and spent 200 dollars at this location $99.00 2 times and $1.00 2 times. when I called my back they had told me that my card had declined more that 7 times with each transaction. When I called the store to ask why the people trying to use my card information were not I.D after a few attempts??? His response was we never do that if it looks like a bank card. Mind you I had never went to Florida or anywhere unusual so people please be careful. So not only did he allow someone to steal from me to make a couple dollars now I have to wait for a new card in the mail along with my account being frozen for the next 10 days.

Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting! Cleaning should be routine! Same trash on floors for 3 days!!!!!

I had the exact same experience as Jessica, except it happened shortly afterwards, on 9/28/2018. There were first 2 $1 charges, which my bank contacted me about and I confirmed were bogus. There were later 2 nearly $100 charges. My bank took care of it for me, so I didnt bother calling RaceTrak.

Nice new place with a bakery for fresh bread.
