People are always sweet here, i love the lady that works the night shifts. i used to always come in after working late and we would have a nice chat.

I cant believe these people that work at the kangaroo express stores. I went into the store near my house to get a drink and use the restroom with my friend. My friend was on the phone while I tinkled. I then got my polar pop, when I got up to the counter to pay for my drink the cashier Michelle told me not to have two people in the restroom at the same time. I said ok I had no problem I can understand why, then she was aggressive and rude to me for no reason. I accidently used the wrong machine to swipe my snap card and used the credit card machine instead. Then she snapped and slammed the credit card machine and said use this one pointing at the EBT machine, so I quickly swiped my card and asked what was wrong. She said Ive been counting how long you have been in there and its been 20 mins I said I was only in there for two mins to pee she disagreed, agruing back. I told her this was ridiculous and then she told me to never come back again. When all i did was use the bathroom and got a fountain drink... I feel like she was accusing me of doing something wrong in the restroom and took her frustration out on me. I walked back to my mothers house and told her what happened and my mother was in shock because i wasnt even gone for more then ten mins. This world has gone crazy... How do I handle this situation? Like who do I call?

Wow the service here is horrible at night!! The girl behind the counter is younge and very bitchy and less not forget rude as hell!! Dont bother trying to use a rewards catd cause u wont have time before they ring you out!! Look if you hate your job that bad then you should definitely look into something else & if i were your boss or this company i would start you looking quick!
