Gulfstream Glass were very professional and pleasant to work with. They installed new sliding glass doors and cleaned up before they left. Office and Service crew were honest and I would highly recommend them!

Great people but follow up is horrendous. We are working to replace all of our windows and doors and down to the last 6 or 7 to finish the project. The last meeting in August they were going to provide a quote so we could target November install. No quote, no follow up, no communication at all. Several calls, text and emails and nothing. Very dissappointing

I was wanting something out of the ordinary. I wanted impact windows, but I wanted extra thick and tempered outboard glass, not just the sacrificial glass everyone says to use. Tony went out of his way to research what I wanted, and was able to deliver it for me.Also the installation was very professionally done.I definitely recommend this company.

Excellent experience. I love my new hurricane impact windows and sliding glass doors. They really have almost eliminated all noise from outside and it already feels cooler inside my home. The staff, from the salesman Josh, to the installers were very professional and respectful of my home. Everyone seems to take pride in their work. I think their customer service is also top notch. Very happy with Gulfstream Glass. We enclosed our porch with acrylic sliding windows. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish. The windows appear to be well make and operate easily. The installation crew came when expected and were courteous and friendly. Installation went smoothly and final fit and trim is no less than we desired and expected. Would highly recommend Gulfstream Glass for any window need.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars, and not 1, is that the installers were punctual, polite and skilled. Customer service is TERRIBLE!! Called last November for a quote. No return call. Called again. No return call. Many more unreturned calls. Visited in person and set up quote. Ben showed up and measured. Waited. No quote. Called. No return call. Many more messages left. Visited in person, accepted quote and paid deposit (you may think we were crazy to continue dealing with these people but they have a good product at an ok price). Advised installation would be in 2 weeks. We started calling after 3 weeks. Visited in person. Finally, installation was set up. Installers were wonderful. There is a big scratch on one piece of glass. Called. No return call.......................

Called to get a quote and Ben was out a couple hours later to take measuerments, and by the next day I had a quote. Called and gave the deposit and 6 weeks later, the installers showed up with the glass and took the old shattered one away and replaced it with a new one. the new glass mactches all the other doors, cant even tell that it was replaced!

Needed balcony sliding glass door repaired, the lower left corner of the frame had separated about a quarter inch, and the rollers were corroding. Gulfstream Glass was cordial on the phone, and scheduled my repair. Two workers promptly arrived ten minutes early for their appointment. They provided me an estimate for repair which was very reasonable for the task at hand. My reply was Go for it! They removed both doors (had to remove stationary door to remove sliding door), repaired the separated corner and replaced both corroded rollers with new stainless steel rollers, cleaned and lubricated the railings, and reinserted both doors. They made adjustments for leveling and full closure as needed for smooth delivery and complete vertical closure. Job was completed in less than 45 minutes. I am extremely satisfied with pricing, their demeanor, and completion of sliding glass door repair. I highly recommend Gulfstream Glass... TomG

Called twice asking for quote. Got run around from receptionist. If they cannot respond to a call, then doubt they would do the work properly.

They quoted the best price, but never showed up to measure for shower enclosure and tub bypass.

I had a similar experience as the user basel jasasra. I called and left several messages, and only got transferred to sales people. None of them ever picked up their phone or called back. Its frustrating seeing the highest reviewed glass location in the area not return phone calls. I hate leaving a one star review for non-service, but I hope nobody else ends up quite as frustrated as I have been throughout the process of trying to urgently replace their glass. I would actually prefer an open and honest call back with sorry, were too busy to work for you to non-response over the course of 5+ business days.Update: I got a call back 4 days after writing this review. Extremely poor turn-around time (8 business days) to return a phone call. I have called many other companies for the same task and did not write reviews for them. Most places called back or picked up immediately, and scheduled someone or were open and honest about their schedules (unavailable until a specific date) over the phone.Edit to respond to below response to owner; unfortunately, given the nature of this work, I had to move on to someone else to complete this work. I will consider you in the future if I need glass work done, but feel Id have a similar problem. I called and left you a voicemail as well (in a way, its kind of funny that Jessica also did not pick up their phone).

We broke our sliding door glass with a rock while mowing on a Wednesday. Called the company and talked to service manager Ben. He said they had one piece of glass and would have to order the other. I dropped the doors off on Thursday. Called Friday afternoon as weather was coming in over the weekend. Talked to shop and within an hour my doors were done. Great service and response time. Great quality products, good prices and fast efficient installation. I was also inpressed by their awesome customer service. They responded to every call/emails. Even a year after my doors and windows were installed I needed a few adjustments so I called and they dilligently tried to reach me so they could catch me at home to have a look!

After my elderly mother tried several times this past spring to set appt for Gulfstream to come bid/repair 2 cracked windows at beachside condo, and getting zero calls back after leaving multiple messages, I took over and was able to get an appointment set. Traveled from out of state to meet day of appointment and sales rep, Josh, was a no show. Called and begged someone to show up that day as we are not local and had to return to Atlanta, Josh finally arrived, said he would email bid. Never got a bid, called numerous times over summer, finally actually got to speak with live person who was able to get Josh on the phone. Well Josh lost the bid, acknowledged that he remembered coming out to bid the job because of the no-show fiasco, said he would have to go out again - we gave him hours that property manager was on-site so he could have easy and variable dates/times for access. AGAIN, we are now almost 4 months trying to work with Gulfstream patiently -- no show, no call-nothing. Worst customer service in our 46 years of my family owning in NSB.

Needs to improve on installs, customer service bad. Im sorry very disappointed .

I bought 4 unites in Daytona beach, all condo unites needs new windows and sliding doors, I called this company a month ago the lady transferred me to a sales man, left him a message on his phone never returned my message,called again a week later, the same lady answered the phone I told her what happened she apologized and transferred me to a different sales man, he answered the call, and told me he will call me in few days to come and give me an estimate, he never called, this is bothered me and decided to contact the owner or the man in charge, they told me his name is Tony, I called him last week left him a message with my name and number and explained to him what happened, it is been a week and never returned my call, so now I don’t blame the sales people for not returning calls if the man in charge doesn’t, very poor, bad treatment, and disappointed
