Its been a total nightmare, no communication from company, multiple delays, door sent back to manufacturing by IRG without our knowledge, Absolutely NO communication from them. Ordered in Feb 2021, its now June 2021 and door is partially installed. Have to wait another month for new panel and screen track to come in.

Very nice and helpful they have all types of glass when you need it I recommend it out of all glass places thank you Indian river!

4 weeks late in delivering my two double glass sliders for my beach front condo (SunGlow). Our contractor was kind enough to install a door in the plywood wall so a least we can access the balcony but all he gets from Indian River is excuses. We are the ONLY condo in the building still without windows.

Horrific company. Poor management. Terrible customer service and very bad experience. Now in legal fight to get our money back. Do not use indian river glass unless you want a prolonged nightmare with incompetent people. We purchased new balcony doors and windows from them. Over the past 2 years they have sent people to our home more than 5 times to correct mistakes that should never have happened with a professional company. They sent an outsourced team to install in our home and they tried to install defective, lower quality models than what we contracted them for. Thankfully, we were on top of their work so they couldnt pull a fast one on us and the elderly tenant. They left the defective and incorrect parts in the home for more than 1 year!! Over the last 2 years their incompetence led us to significant time and money waisted, tenant almost lost her job from how many times she had to take off work to accomodate them. 2 years later they still havent properly completed the installation, the parts they put in the home are leaking water into the unit creating more damage with every major storm. They refuse to acknowledge their mistakes or make it right and they have the nerve to threaten to put a lien on the property. We have hired an attorney and expect a class action lawsuit against Indian River Glass. Also filing claim with BBB. Please dont make the same mistake being referred to and selecting them so you dont suffer the nightmare as we have.

We had our 24 year old windows changed out today. They were AMAZING! I am telling you it was the most pleasant construction process we have ever had done. They were kind, professional and informative. They took such care to make sure our dogs were safe and they left the area they worked in better than when they started. I wish all companies were like this. Phenomenal work and customer service. They have lifelong customers in us. I highly recommend them!

They really helped us before the storm! My husband had just removed 2 big living room mirrors for my aunt. We cut it down small enough to the point you would think it might have been picked up by the garbage guys...nope, not in Edgewater! They let us dispose of it there and we TRULY appreciate it!!!

They saud they would get back to me to schedule an estimate and never called back. I had someone else repair the sliding doors.

They were able to quickly fix a window that had never opened since it was installed by another company. Never use anyone other than Indian River!

The installation was quick and professional but trying to get them to come back and finish up is time consuming. I’m still waiting for windows to be stuccoed and the last cover piece put in the other windows.

I called Indian River Glass (as well as several other companies), this morning, New Years Eve, in a relative panic. I noticed that the lock on my sliding glass door was broken. I am a recently widowed, single mother of two small daughters. Obviously, securing my home was an immediate priority. Technician Supervisor Mr. Esposito was amazingly attentive on the phone. After emailing him several pictures of my lock, he advised that a technician could respond around 1 pm today(!!) and the cost would be $95 plus installation. I received a call several minutes later from the technician assigned to my call, Lenzo. He asked if I would be available early (of course!). Lenzo arrived at my home & within seconds of viewing the lock, told me that he thought it could be fixed & not replaced. A matter of 5 minutes later, the lock was fixed. The most amazing part? Lenzo refused to accept any payment whatsoever for his services. He wished us the best & a Happy New Year & he was off to his next job. I would have GLADLY paid to have the lock replaced & if it hadnt been for the honesty & great business practices of Lenzo & Indian River Glass, I would be more than $100 poorer going into 2020. Thank you to everyone at this amazing business!

Make sure you get multiple quotes from different companies before trusting the recommendations of Indian River Glass. I was told my window couldnt be fixed and I needed new windows, costing thousands of dollars. After getting a quote from another company, the window was fixed for several hundred dollars.

We ended up buying a shower enclosure and tub bypass from Indian River glass. They ordered the wrong thing for our guest bath, and were several weeks late in the installation of the tub bypass in the guest bath.

We had some issues with our bill for awhile, but the windows are nice and they did a good job installing them.

The guys at Indian River Glass did a fantastic job installing impact resistant windows and doors at my home. Its been 3 weeks and the difference is huge in terms of insulation and heat transfer. My A/C bill will be much less thanks to my new windows!

We purchased windows and doors for our Condo Ocean front after the Hurricanes 2004. After a few years the brown finish was starting to peel on our PPG windows and doors. It was before they did the baked on finish. Indian River Glass contacted the company and they put all new frames on the windows and doors. They were excellent to deal with, efficient and quick at solving the problem.

Very friendly and fast service. They replace a broken glass in a large picture . Great job! I highly recommend them.

We had an appointment for them to come out on the 23rd at 3:30 and they were a no call no show. I called them back and left a message and no one called back. Im guessing they dont want our business. I will be calling other places.

Had PPG windows installed throughout the whole house last year. They did a fantastic job installing and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely use again!

Hard to get a timely appointment for estimate. Took 2.5 weeks. Then, they never get back to you, and forget it if they have to fix something!

Paid to have my moms sliders and windows replaced with impact glass. Approx 6 months later, there was a HUGE crack going completely across one of the sliders. I called and asked them to come out and check it. They did come out and check it, and I never heard anything else. A couple months later, I saw it again, and called them. They asked if they needed to come look at it, and I said, no, you already have. What is the status? 2 days later, I called again and asked the same question. Was told they had to schedule for the install. Got a voice mail Monday morning to see if they could install Monday afternoon. I called back and said yes. No one came. Called again Tuesday and was told they could not leave a message, my voice mail was full. I said that was incorrect, I returned his call, spoke to a gentleman and said yes. Was told to leave a voice mail. That was noon yesterday, and I still have not had anyone call me. I will never use again.

Excellent service from design/proposal to installation... Very knowledgeable staff and extremely clean installers!!! Highly recommend this company!!!

The company put impact windows on our beach house. The work was professional in all repects. Our salesperson (and project manager), Rob Brownell, made sure all details were completed. When one window jammed up a year later, he personally came out and fixed it. The windows were expensive, but well worth it. I highly recommend the company.

At the estimate and discussion phase but So far not good. Will see if they recover. Edited later....nope, service still sucks.

Cracked my hardy board siding on install had to replace all window sills would not use or refer this company.

We purchased 4 glass cabinet shelves and cabinet door glass. Two of the shelves were cut incorrectly, the corners were not square and did not fit the cabinet properly. Because the shelf was incorrectly cut, items that our son bought for my wife when he was in the navy were destroyed when the shelf fell off its brackets.We returned the shelves and an argument ensued. I was told that the 2 shelves that were cut at 90 degrees were cut incorrectly, and the 2 shelves that were not square were properly cut. I cant imagine this logic being used to explain shoddy work. I was also told that the pattern I brought in was what was used to cut the glass. I found 2 things wrong with this explanation. 1. Wouldnt it be expected that when you cut a 90 degree corner that it should be square? 2. When we returned home with the pattern I checked it, and it is square.The two shelves were replaced at no cost to us, but the edges were not properly polished, leaving sharp edges along the front of the shelf.I am building numerous glass cabinets for customers, and since Ive used this company before without problems I planned to bring them all my future business. But after this experience Ill shop elsewhere from now on.I would not recommend this company.
