We were on a cross country drive and had a flat. I didn’t realize it and, like a bonehead, drove on the flat for several miles before I stopped and took a look. We called Heartland in New Ulm and they took us right in, had new tires in about an hour at a fair price and was back on the road in no-time. Friendly and respectful, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend these guys.

I was staying at a hotel about 100 miles from home. After I checked out, I discovered I had a flat tire. Lucky for me, Heartland Tire was only two blocks away. I walked over and they were able to help me. A very nice man drove to my hotel and put air in the tire so I could drive it to the shop. There, they repaired the tire (almost immediately) and had me back on the road within 30 minutes for $30!!! The guys at Heartland really saved me!! They were so nice and accommodating. It was probably all in a days work for them, but it meant the world to me. They were the heroes I need that day. Thanks Donnie, Jamie and Nick!!

I had parked my car and was on my lunch break and when I went to go back to work my battery was dead. I walked back to work and started calling around to see if I could get a battery yet at 2 pm before the shops all close and before I had to drive 22 miles home. They were able to go jump start my car, bring it back to the shop, change the battery and deliver it TO my work before they closed. They saved my day!!

My wife and I were camping in the New Ulm area when the check engine light came on (convenient, right?). After running into town to Advanced Auto, running the code reader, and purchasing the necessary parts, Heartland Tire was the ONLY shop who had any type of availability (the next day, which happened to be the day we were leaving). I was advised against consulting them. I had no tools, whats a guy to do? However, Heartland Tire had the problem fixed within 2 hours AND gave us a loaner car in the meantime. I mean, I cant even get that kind of turnaround and service at my local shops!Huge thanks to these guys! They probably ended up saving me a massive headache, a rental car, and probably the whole engine. Clean work, no mess inside or in engine bay. No greasy fingerprints anywhere. I highly recommend these guys!

Staff is friendly and professional. I called Monday and got in for an oil change Tuesday. I’m a return customer and will continue to have my vehicles serviced here.

They are the best and always give good car advice! They put on new tires and did my brakes car feels brand new! Donnie is a pleasure to work with! They always work with me and pick up my vehicle and give me a loner car just in case I would need it! Happy repeat customer!

They checked things out, contacted me promptly, and left the things I could fix for me to handle. Easy to deal with. Great at problem solving. Friendly and timely in their service. I appreciate that they talk through the issue before just fixing and charging me for things I can do myself.

My wife has been taking our minivan here for oil changes for some time. I just recently started and have been very impressed by the quality and quickness of their service. Customer service is not always a strong suit in the auto repair industry but these folks get it.

I was really impressed by the overall service! I was convinced my vehicle was having transmission problems but the Heartland crew was able to quickly diagnose the actual problem and fix it in a timely manner. They even stayed after business hours to make sure I had my vehicle back the same day. Thanks Heartland! I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Not only tires Heartland did O2 sensors, exhaust work, rear axel replacement and brakes on my truck! Very knowledgeable and on time service. They even have loaner cars if you need them

We brought our car into Heartland because the check engine light was flashing. We were told by the technician that they couldnt find anything wrong and it was suggested that it was in need of a tune-up so we decided to follow their advice and had it done. Two days later we decided to take a trip up to the cities and while we were driving we heard a ticking sound coming from the engine. It worsened within a matter of minutes and finally it abruptly stopped with an extreme noticeable difference in driving. We had it towed to the nearest auto repair shop and were told the engine was shot because we had blown a head gasket, which, in turn, damaged other parts of the engine. Total damage - $3500, all because Heartland failed to do a thorough check EVEN THOUGH the check engine light was FLASHING! I will NOT be returning to Heartland.

Good service. Not badly priced. Havent had an issue with them yet.
