Great service, consistent staff which is huge as they get to know you and your vehicles

Made appointment, arrived early had my new tires on before appointment time.

I have called this business laughing, crying, in a panic and just for dumb questions I have about my unreliable vehicles. I cannot recommend this place enough. If youre having car trouble come HERE. MARTY AND THE CREW WILL TAKE CARE OF IT.

I have been a regular customer here for the last three years. Very Friendly staff; they answer all my questions, very willing to help with all my car needs, reasonably priced, they make you feel like a valued customer. If u choice to wait for your vehicle they offer a very Comfortable waiting area with tv, coffee and magazines. I will definitely continue to do my business with Royal Tire.

They were very helpful, I needed tires on my travel trailer and they got me a reasonable price, and they got it out the door in time for my trip.

I got a flat tire on my way home from college. I had two more hours I needed to drive home, and I did not want to risk it on the spare tire. Royal tire was so accommodating, and made space in their full schedule for me and gave me a very reasonable price for a tire.

This place will have my business when I need things done they are honest and really helpful thanks again to the staff and employees at Royal Tire you people are great.

Royal Tire took care of my vehicle quickly and offered to drive me to their shop from my home since I was without transport. I appreciate their care and fairness in pricing, since my vehicle already has 250,000 miles on it. I would go to Royal Tire again, if needed, for any further repairs or maintenance on any vehicles I might own.

Jay and the staff were amazing, they promised quick service and they certainly did.

They were able to get me in quickly and took care of my tire problem. I was under a time crunch but they worked hard to get me out of there by the time I needed to. The people I worked with were friendly and helpful as well.

Royal is the only place I know in New Ulm that can top off Nitrogen tires. They did it promptly and courteously.

If I could give a 0 I would. Tried to sell me MY old used tire. Any where would be better than here!

We had a funeral to get to and we needed new tires, oil change, and an alignment. These guys stayed late almost 2 hours to get us on the road the night before. They were honest with us and treated us very nicely. If you want great and honest small town service, look no further. Thanks again guys!

Your staff and service were excellent. Work was done well and on time. Staff were friendly and knowledgable.

Spent over 1400, new tires-not balanced, not alligned had to return, same issue continued. Tires had less than 10,000 and experience chop.

My car had an issue with the security system not allowing my vehicle to start. Got my car towed up to the shop and they looked at it for a couple days. Said they fixed it and got a total of roughly $500. Next day, didnt start up again, called them and they towed it up themselves which was pretty nice of them. Oh but now its a different issue all of a sudden. A couple more days and a couple more hundred dollars stuck into the process. Added up all my totals during the end of the whole process came to roughly $800. Told myself Id give this place another shot with windshield wipers. I know how to install them but if I can have them do it for me i thouht why not since I bought the wipers from them. Today driving home in the rain one of them flew right off the mount. Couldnt really use the wipers for the rest of the ride because of the ear wrenching screeching of metal on Glass. Not going back. Wouldnt recommend.

Had a flat after hours. Salesman was still there. He opened up and changed my tire and got me back on the road. Thanks Marty!

Great place they treat you good

Wasnt happy at all, had ball joint repair on one sdie, couple of days later hub bearings making noise on same side. I took the wheel off to double check. The hub bearings was being held on with one bolt, I call the this place to tell them about my findings. I was told they never took the wheel off to repair the ball joints.

I wish I could rate no stars. They changed my girlfriends oil earlier today before we went on a trip, and halfway there the engine started overheating. So I peeked my head under the car and oil was just cascading out because the idiots didnt tighten the oil filter enough. Never will they ever have my familys or my business again.
