This place has SO many appliances during COVID shortages! If youre on a wait list at Wal Mart or Menards, definitely check this place out. They have a few items from Whirlpool or GE, but the Quality in their name isnt just for show - most of the items they carry are of the highest quality brands, with warranties to match. That makes them a tiny bit more expensive than the big box stores, but it ends up being cheaper in the long run when youre not buying your third $500 appliance in 15 years. Service is also excellent.

Great experience all around! Stopped by on last Friday to purchase a washing machine, mine stopped working at the beginning of the pandemic and the big box store would not deliver and install. I waited 8 to 10 weeks before trying the big box store again, they were still not doing install because of the pandemic. I respect that, but living without a washing machine was getting old and awful. I stopped by Quality Appliance and the first question I asked was about installation. They assured me that they would, and lead me to a washing machine I thought was no longer made. The Speed Queen was a much more money than I was thinking to pay, but after looking at it and comparing it to the machine I went in to buy, I am so glad I spent a bit more for the Speed Queen. The delivery and installation was wonderful. Matthew and Colton were kind and funny, and they installed my washing machine in 20 minutes, in time for me to get to my daughters Zoom graduation. I will go back over and over for my appliances. Thank you so much!

My dryer stopped working one morning. I went in to the store immediately, was given an amazing deal with delivery, setup and haul away. Got my new dryer that evening. So thankful for the help and amazing kindness from all of the staff.

Was told over the phone they had a heating element for my oven. Drove 45 minutes to purchase it. The element had quite clearly been bent and straightened.
