Hands down besides Zara this is the best non-department store out there, in fact it really doesnt get any better than the 2 Can be pricey but if you know how to shop for deals, sales know when to buy and What to buy its the best! Their Vintage Game is ridiculous! UO is my home away from home

Everything is super over priced everything that they sell in store and online can be bought for half or lesser price under the actual Brand. I buy champion, nike, Calvin Klein at their stores and website and spend less with sales, coupons and discounts. Urban Outfitters have horrible sales as well nothing is ever really on sale if its not 30% off or more its not a sale. Good walking space throughout store able to practice social distance within shop.

This store has changed so very much in the last 15 years but then again, what hasnt? It is still a great store where one can find funky clothing, accessories and gifts. I love this particular location because there is a couch to lounge on and a charging station for your phone.

Always have loved the curated clothing and the trend and vibe of the stores. I especially love the beauty section. I go to check out indie brands that need more recognition. Overall love the brands. This location is a must go!

They really should have more staff working I feel bad that the cashier had to take so long ringing everyone up before backup arrived. Luckily everyone was patient and nice, but from working in retail Ill tell you, help him out! The pressure can kill employee morale.Otherwise, its an Urban Outfitters.

Urban Outfitters is a fun place to shop at. The door person/security guy was wearing a white suit and looked like George Michael. I did not purchase anything, but my girlfriend found a cool purse and red bell-bottom pants.

It seems as if they are closing the location, a bunch of left overs in the store. Nothing worth buying except for the cool Chinatown Market smiley basketball. Hopefully they step it up or close it for good.

Disappointing Urban Outfitters. Staff wasnt at all engaged. Pretty much sigh, ok, Ill answer a question if I MUST. Same with check out. Mumbling staff, look at you like youre speaking Martian when you cant hear them mumble. Answer questions with one word. Hand you your bag and just look away.If you can, use another location. This one is not good.

Urban outfitters has a unique look to it which makes you want to go in. This store has so many trendy clothes to help you stay in the the hottest trends. They always have sales to choose from and different cool things.

This place is pretty great and the service, I gotta say is top notch. The staff were very helpful the moment Id walked in. They told me about some sale they had going on and I walked out with few awesome fits for the weekend.

Super expensive but you can find great stuff in the sale section downstairs. People are nice too.

This used to be a great urban back in the day with an even greater sale section. Not sure what happened. The mens section is smaller than the sales section. Oh well.

Love this store, any time I have the chance to be in the city, I make a stop at this location. Lovely pieces, great retro finds and sales. The clearance section is amazing and the staff is very nice.

Lots of great trendy clothing to choose from. Prices are decent for their clothing, some are expensive that why I look in there on sale side first. Great view of the freedom tower. Staffs are nice and helpful sometimes. Overall pretty good store.

Love everything about this brand except the idea that there are no extended sizes unless your relegated to go online

Gorgeous efficient and flat out unique blueprint of its interior that makes it memorable because theres none like it. Uses different levels by simply adding steps changes eye level and perception making the store look and feel huge and full which gives a sense of relief especially when finding an outfit or an item that you might worry doesnt come in your size but I have never had an issue finding my size or another piece if the same item. Also every few feet is something new and different where it can go from a fish bowl to beard oil to classy messenger/bookbags to chic sneakers and then to winter costs. So the variety us amusing wxxitinf and much needed. If you dont know about this store get to know it because its worth it with too designers from every market and even its own design all new exclusive different and relaxed shopping environment with a rustic chic Chelsea theme to it. Its nice and I really like it. Next time Ill add kucs to give I some life. See you there.🙃

What can I say? Its an urban outfitters. Everything should be $5 or more cheaper and Id give it five stars. Actual store experience? Oh its great, best part is they have a couch to hang out on downstairs while your girlfriend shops.

I broke my phone. I was so sad. I was waiting for it to be fixed at Apple near by. Came to Urban, bought a new iphone case. Thankfully I was able to get the one I wanted due to the lovely two cashiers. Unfortunately I couldnt get their name. But they went out their way to dbl check if the case I wanted was in my size because it was not in the front to purchase. Thank you ladies! This made my day!!

Love coming here, always finding what Im looking for whenever I stop by. They have an amazing selection and the staff are really cool folks.

The staff is very helpful. They have 3 floors. Only 1 belt left in the store for men. Unbelievable when I needed a belt for work. The closing hours are great but please restock!!!

I got a journal here once. I went there today and they didn’t greet me, but greeted the white person that walked in after me. For the record, I am black. It rubbed me the wrong way so I left without buying anything. Urban outfitters is overpriced anyway

A huge Urban Outfitters store, very spacious, and you feel like youre at home. As with all Urban Outfitters, especially in New York, youre not going to find much for less than $40. This is a very popular location with the teenagers, so the fitting rooms are always filled up, and have a huge line of teenage girls. Even though theres 9 or 10 fitting rooms. Great selection though, and they sell records too.

Very well stocked. Small compared to others but good. Staff is very nice. I will go back.

Really enjoyable place to shop but the sales area are NOT maintained at all. In order for you to find something you like you have to check the racks, the floor AND the random items hanging from the various places.

Store looks very neat and well merchandised but they have to clean house in the buying department...selections have become more pedestrian and basic with each season. I remember a time when I would come into UA and find some really dope stuff...now selections are marginal at best.

This place is for the young and hip, not old farts like me. I enjoyed browsing around but found nothing for me. Its a cool place to people watch and to see what the youngsters are wearing. :)

Never have I been in one before. Pretty cool store. It was a trip to see certain fashions from the 80s & 90s coming back. Super trendy and bordering on hipster douche status, but I have to admit as a 38yo dinosaur I liked a lot of stuff there

Most helpful and friendliest staff was the greeter. Seriously. I miss the Urban Outfitters on 6th in the Village. The 6th Ave store (RIP) was well stocked and easy to navigate with a wider selection. Maybe this one is being remodeled?

Great selection of womens clothing but the mens section continues to become smaller and smaller and what few items there are are really not the best. The UO brand of clothing looks like the wardrobe of someone from the early 90s.

Had a very bad costumer experience a couple of years back. Returned today to a much better, helpful and engaged staff. I may be too old for their clothes now but I still like the choices I find there.

Pricey clothing with a bohemian vibe. Their sales are good. Paying regular price for some of their items doesnt make sense as its super overpriced.

Worst Urban I have ever been to. They genuinely always have the worst selection of all NYC locations. I always try to give this location a chance but they never pull through. Go to herald square or broadway, this place is embarrassing lol. Nope.

This is one of the better Urban locations in terms of the new clothing stock, though the sale section can be a little picked over and sad. Good mens section, as well, but I wish the home section had more. The home section is much better in the location on Broadway and Houston. Shoe section used to be larger, but seems to have shrunk.

Love this place the atmosphere is amazing & cool the vibe is friendly the ppl dont hover over you,they ask once if you need help then let you roam & their items want them all....

Common meeting place as Urban Outfitters is a great location on sixth avenue and 14th street. The store is huge and two levels. The sales items and books/gift items are downstairs. Very good selection. I think of all the Urban Outfitters, this is my favorite location.

The customer service is great. I bought my fjallraven kanken there and the cashier told me how sturdy they are etc. All the staff are nice in general. :-)

Filthy store. Sales area is constantly a mess with clothes all over the floor. Much less merchandise than in other UO stores in the city. Staff is super friendly but Im thinking this store must be closing given overall appearance. UgH!

I love how Urban Outfitters have all these quirky gifts and things that you can find on sale or clearance to give to friends or yourself, everything from books to outlet adaptors that twist and turn and heavily discounted to a few bucks. I saw that this location has free wifi. I came here when they had a 30% off sale items. Definitely check the clearance section for hidden gems!

Loved this place. Not a huge shopper for clothes, but this place got my attention. Not to mention a few bargains.

One of y favorite places to find funky stuff. Somewhat on the pricey side but thats the trade off for interesting items.

These stores are throughout the city and I almost always tend to stop by since their window displays are changed frequently and are very creative. They compel me to go inside to check out some of the items featured especially in their gadgets/non-clothing section. Youll find very random and sometimes cheeky things there so the store serves as a fun place to stop by if you need to kill time. The fashion falls more on the hipster side and a little too expensive for my taste but this location has the biggest and best stocked sale section downstairs that I have seen compared to other locations. It was like finding a diamond in the rough when I saw their sale section. The few times Ive been to the sale section, it was pretty organized for the most part and not in a disarray like most sale sections. A plus!
