The associates at this location interact with everyone to make sure the environment is safe and easily available to attend any personal inquiries; overall the store experience made me excited for the next visit and I came twice during my trip to NY from out of state. My ideal experience was in this store: I felt like a little kid picking out flavors in a ice cream stand. Thank you for coordinating a great experience

My last shopping experience there was great.Clothes are nice, quality is unbeatable and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. That time there was a puerto rican guy who helped me a lot and complimented my outfit, wich is always nice. Got the perfect gift for my boyfriend.

Lol. Absolutely garbage online sales service. Wait 4 weeks to get my order been shipped. lol if you cant ship out my order why dont just refund it？

Clean, friendly, & professional. The worker that helped me today was so pretty. Like straight beautiful. The receipt says a name but I wont put it here out of respect. I shoulda just asked for her name & told her that, to be nice. Everyone there has a nice appearance though. I like that everyone is friendly more than the fact that theyre well put together, but it is nice to see. The space is like a gala & sectioned off into exhibit type areas, pretty much for each brand, with racks, shelves, & tables. It feels like a walk-in closet for each section & I love that. Theres a cool lounge area in the back too, where they keep the sneakers, that has a nice backdrop. I dont think its meant for casual lounging but its a very nice aesthetic. The culture around the store is what I like best. Nobody is snobby or feels like a clout chaser. Its more than just being chill, its like theyre happy. I have a lot of respect for both Nigo & Pharrell, & their endeavors/interests. This shop doesnt fall short of my praise for them. As far as prices go, I feel like they have luxury items for big enthusiasts & people willing to spend a moderate amount of money (my perspective is one of a lower class minority). Which is fine with me because I like to at least look at the highly priced things in person, & its not exclusively luxury items; theyre nice displays. It doesnt bother me because the store caters to all types of streetwear buyers. I will say that its not cheap, but I do believe its fairly priced (with the exception of a few items that I cant really give an opinion on because theyre outside my budget). But again its okay, because I end up getting what I want & I can diversify my fashion I.Q. for the future by browsing. They have a lot of accessories as well. They do sell out of high demand items decently quick, just like any top tier streetwear brand. I am a fan of collaborations & BBC doesnt fall short of those. Last week an Astro Boy collaboration dropped & I was able to purchase a hoodie from them today. I love wearing cartoon/anime type stuff that I grew up with & this drop was a pleasant surprise. They sold out of some Ts but I left happy. Lastly they do a fine job of covid-19 safety precautions. Overall, a must watch for streetwear owners.

The girl with the bald head needs to know when to say sorry an not accuse ppl of missing boxes. I watched her try to tell the fedex guy he didn’t deliver all there boxes and he’s telling her yes … she comes back and dnt even say sorry my fault just signs and goes back inside … Not professional at all. She’s the type to get somebody fired because of her mistakes!

Ordered a pair of the Iverson ice cream collab shoes when I got them they look really defected after about a month of no real response I was told they are out of stock, if you guys plan on restocking I would be more than happy to trade these in

Possibly one of the coolest vibes a store has given off, with the clothing arranged neatly and stylishly. The staff was decent, and they did their jobs good. Selection of sneakers and clothes was pretty big for such a small store. Prices are pretty good, and in some situations better than what you can find online. If your a fan of BBC or are looking for a cool store with good brands, this sure is the place for you.

Love shopping here. The store is amazing and the items are perfectly priced.The staff on the other hand unprofessional and Im 90% sure the manager was on coke or other drugs. Which sucks since I take my family here to shop. Other than that I love the place.

Worst customer service ever. Would give it negative stars if that was possible. Staff is rude, arrogant and threats customers as if they’re doing them a favor. One of the attendants said to me “you are free to shop elsewhere”. That was, for me, the endpoint. I left and I’ll never be back there.

Really incredible store. Has great exclusive releases as well as great high end clothes on the regular. In addition to this they have some really incredible hype art to check out while you’re there!

Online ordering was very unprofessional. I placed an order on May 6th, 2019 for my son birthday 5/23 which is less than a week away and now I will have to pay for express shipping any other place I order from because I don’t have time to shop in store. I should have been notified sooner that my order was out of stock. I’m very disappointed because I waited until I had a special event to buy your product for the 1st time and this happen. Don’t waste your time calling their phone number, and even if you do your just wasting your time. And definitely not worth ordering anything online because their system doesn’t seem to know what’s in stock. I expected better customer service. And specially when they mess up your order big time. All they know how to say is oops I’m sorry, At least other stores put customers needs first and of course customers experience. The only reason I like this store is because it’s by an artist. Definitely never buying from their online ever again. Might check out their store but I’ll skip their online service.

Very disappointed in the shipping process. It took 3 weeks for my item to come to find out I paid 250.00 for a crushed box. The only thing the guy said was we can give you store credit and really didnt give a damn. Im done my first and definitely my last purchase with Billionaire boys club! Definitely need to invest in better employees .

Theres this black dude(salesperson), he was so rude. I was holding a short and while waiting for my friends call he came out of nowhere telling me to put that short back. why would you put them on display if customer cant carry them around the store. moreover, this guy was literally trying to start a fight with me, Duh! a salesperson? be on your level...

Love walking into a Soho store, picking up merchandise only to hear the salesperson tell me to put it down (Murakami plush pillow), not because the pillow was part of an assemblage of pillows, but because the salesperson feared that I might get it dirty. Okay I wasnt dressed head to toe in Hermès, but, the salesperson didnt know that I am with enough money to buy their little store. So rude the personnel was. Put a damper in my day for a few hours. Cheap $260 pillow the guy was worried about. The audacity!!!

Must stop shop in Soho New York. Great selection of adidas items as well as ice cream bape and much more. I would suggest going to the back of the store to check k out the shoes they have and how can I forget the also carry select pairs of timberland boots.

Interesting shop but the sales people were useless. Do you have this in another size? What did you say? This gormlessly muttered response is not what one expect to get from a shop assistant. Also it felt like I had asked too much of him to get this one item in a different size. He acted like I had asked him to build me a fort out of the murakami pillows. I didnt feel like trying on anything else after that as I would have had to chase him around the shop to ask again even though they do have some interesting items its not worth the hassle. Not to mention the brand does not have the caché it once did.

Really cool store. Nice cloathing. But had a bad experience. She told me I couldnt return the item if I bought cause it was final sale, which was all fair and the Reason I didnt come back with my shirt. But (and I know I sound stupid myself) I asked her TWICE are you sure this shirt is for men and not a womens?. She replied 100%, its for men.When I came back to my hotel I googled the shirt; womens pics everywhere! :(

Hostile site, the clothes are not priced and the staff (especially the security) do not keep an eye on you constantly. It is true that it is like this in all the brand stores that I have been able to visit, but it is still quite uncomfortable.
