I bought a bouquets of flowers for my fiancé Graduation and they charge me a $60 for the flowers and additional $7 for a very cheap regular balloons that you can buy for 50cents. The flowers are not fresh and it look so horrible that seems like it came from someones funeral!!! A Deli store flowers are much better than this freaking store!!!

I just wanted to send someone a bouquet for their b-day. the guy on the phone was not helpful, i had to repeat everyrthing twice and he wouldnt give any specifics that i asked for. (basic stuff: types of flowers, when they could deliver by... ) then he hung up on me. its a shame since they are close by. I will always go to Jerome Florists from now on since they are so polite and consistently reliable.

Go to this store only if you are white. The owner was super racist and rude to us - didnt even bother greeting us or answering questions properly. More over, he told us it was disrespectful to take photos of plants. You want to know the names of the plants? Aloevera and Snake Plant. Yeah - extremely rare species. I knew UES was predominantly white and conservative, but such blatant racism made my skin crawl.

I like this place, my friend told me about them, and finally i can say i found the best of the best in town, fresh flowers, nice selection and more important they do deliveries on sundays, its super convenient for me, i just give them a ring and its done they will take my order right away and even give me a description how gorgeous my flowers are.

The customer service was excellent! I asked Sal to find a plant for me and he called me when it came it. No one else did that.

Placed an order for $200 of flowers, but received a substantially smaller arrangement worth approximately $100+Vase.--- Owner was rude on the phone when I called to object.--- What have you been smoking? is not an acceptable response when a customer calls to let a service provider know that there is an issue with an order.--- Flowers used for arrangement werent too fresh. Some were wilted the very next day!

I love this place they have everything I go there at list twice a year Or more I like the prices on their orchids and they all ways have a great selection.
