The shop was amazing, and the flowers were well-arranged. I went there last week to buy a bouquet for my wife. The place was clean, big, and cool. Also, the staff was very accommodating, helpful, and professional. They do attractively communicate with customers, and I like it a lot. Even the flowers that I bought were too lovely and adorable. I will come back here. Promise!

I’m from outside of the city and needed flowers sent to a loved one during the pandemic and Sterling Blooms was amazing. A must have experience on a sunny Sunday. :) VERY crowded at times, meaning you will be pushed around the place by the masses. Worth getting there early to beat the crowds, but for the flowers you should wait until around 2 PM when the stalls are closing and the already reasonably priced cut flowers go for even cheaper as they wont keep for the next week.

One of New York great street markets, only on a Sunday.A lit of fresh flowers and plants ( I bought beautiful anemones and a bunch of orange tulips ).Go early on Sunday morning .... It gets very busy around 10h30!!!!. and finishes around 2 pm.

The Wreath Queen! I have ordered three beautiful wreaths from Sterling Blooms, each more lovely than the last. The first time I ordered a Chinese Lantern wreath, comprised of dozens of salmon chinese lanterns adorning a natural wood frame. The second was a holiday wreath, decorated with gold orbs and miniature Christmas ornaments, that I kept on my door far past January! The third, and most recent one was to bring in some beauty during the cold of February, and Sterling Blooms delivered quality and perfection! An oval wooden frame set alive with green moss and fragrant lavender. Just perfect, all of them! Already looking forward to what Carolina comes up with for my spring wreath. Fantastic service and execution.

I had the best customer experience with Sterling Bloom Florist. Carolina was exceptionally helpful as I needed to send roses to a dear friend at Mt. Sinai Hospital during the coldest day in NY. She was so patient as I was unsure of what arrangement to send, she helped me decide on a beautiful 30 pink rose bouquet with green ivy. The bouquet was delivered to the hospital by 1pm in absolutely fabulous condition. This arrangement of fresh gorgeous pink roses with balloons made my friends day!I highly recommend this florist, ask to speak to Carolina.

From the time that my mom and I met Carolina I knew that she was the one whom we would select to do the wedding flowers. Carolina knows her plants, is creative in her arrangements, and listens well. I know flowers so I was able to talk names of flowers with her as we brainstormed to come up with the right ones. I had wanted blue hydrangeas throughout from the bridesmaids bouquets, to the church, to the reception. With an August wedding, hydrangeas couldnt be out of water with the heat. Carolina worked it out so that we had hydrangeas at the church in magnificent arrangements with Bells of Ireland and as centerpieces at the reception. Everything was beautiful and healthy.Carolina also worked with our price point . Her communications with me were excellent in every detail. She was prompt in her email responses.I would recommend her highly with her gift of enhancing a special event in an elegant way.

I sent flowers to someone with a busy work schedule and called Sterling Blooms to see when the flowers would be delivered. Carolina was very accommodating and went the extra mile, working with the recipient and me to ensure that the flowers made it to their destination on time. The recipient was very happy with the flowers and card, and the hand-written note was a great touch. On another occasion I wanted to pick up flowers well after closing hours, and Carolina once again worked with me to arrange a convenient pickup location and time. The arrangements are tasteful and beautifully arranged.I highly recommend this florist.

My wife was in NYC running the marathon so I ordered flowers from Sterling Blooms for her hotel room knowing she would be in town for four days. I chose Sterling Blooms based strictly on Google reviews and can not be happier with the decision. My wife said the flowers were amazing...so amazing that she wrapped them in a towel and packed them in her luggage for the train ride home to Maryland. The flowers were delivered in NYC on 11/4 and they still look great in Maryland today (10 days later). Highly recommend this florist.

I placed a flower order (Christmas Theme) on Wednesday for Thursday delivery. I selected this particular arrangement from their website which had lots of choices. There initially was some miscommunication about he delivery but once I had a chance to speak with the shop owner everything was clarified and the flowers arrived to make a statement at the party. I would definitely use them again when I have a need for flowers in NYC.

I ordered two bouquets for Mothers Day, needed confirmation the deliveries would be made by 11am. Carolina responded almost immediately (at 7:30am, no less) to confirm the deliveries would be made by that time. Very reassuring. Havent received word from the recipients re: the quality of the flowers yet (wont be delivered for several days still), but I can certainly attest to the awesome customer service. Thanks Carolina!
