Ive been in the rebuildable business for years and dealt with ksi and continental for more than 12 years. Granted Im not expecting the same customer service as i would in a retail store. But the branch manger here is an egotistical and arrogant individual. I wont be doing anymore business here i rather wait a day if needed with one of the competing stores, than be belittled by Gustavo. He made sure to let me know he was the highest authority in the establishment and there wasnt anyone to complain to about his behavior. A real shame he needs to be re-trained on how to handle customers. Every one else was great but you know what they say the fish rots from the head down...

Looking for remote starter instillation but they didnt do the work, but, they helped me find some place that does it. Super helpful

Need new management manager gustavo is unprofessional.

Its a good place and variety of parts too. The only thing management has to reconsider is the number of staff available to serve customers. Only one person handling desk customers and two to find parts in a huge shelf area. That delays everybody. Management, please increase your staff

The worst experience, There is a guy who works there and his name is Gustavo, I asked him for a receipt and after 20 minutes waiting I saw him walking by the ware house like He forgot, When I asked again for my receipt He responded very disrespectful, He presented himself as the owner of the place and told me to never came back again and He also call me a clown. He got bad attitude and is terribly rude,  I just wanted to make you guys aware of it so what happens to me doesnt happen to another customer. Specifically because Im a woman and I deserve respect.

Parts are cheap but the service is not up to par. And the waiting is tiring.

If the need arises, I will definitely make Auto Parts Outlet my first stop for body parts. As long as you know what parts you want, the staff are willing to work with you to get the best price. My visit was to shop for 2014 Toyota Highlander parts; they got me what the had and ordered what they didnt and I am excited to say that their prices beats the best deals on eBay and parts geek.

Best cheapest part you ever find around Newark NJ. Cheaper than junkyard around here. The down side is that you wont find them on Google as auto part dealer in Newark.
