A very professional operation. Stephanie’s customer service was outstanding. She communicated the entire process and kept to her word of providing a status report every Tuesday and Thursday my car was there. Willie, the head mechanic on my job also communicated the process from his end so that we knew what to expect. Lastly, it was a job well done- the car looks great! I highly recommend Premier Collision.
They didnt match the color of my car right with the illumines sand color volvo makes. The dent in the frame is still there.And for this body shop the work was done for D. DueWhite. Im so happy i sold this car because it was a waste of 3 months. 30 day guarantee and finished it 3.5 months.
ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I”VE EVER HADI was recommended this shop by my insurance company after an non-fault accident while I was out of town. At first everything seems fine, regular updates and questions about the vehicle while it was being fixed, but when I got the car back over a month later it was in my mind a joke. First off the work wasn’t finished and I was told to drive an hour to a dealership to get the wheels aligned, which at this point I wasn’t to worried about, I just wanted my car back, so I drove the hour. I got to the dealership just to be told I would need an appointment, which they had none available. I was told to call the shop and they would take care of getting me right in, yet they just stopped answering me and ignored my phone calls. Again, mind you I’m driving from 4 hours away to come and get my vehicle to them drive home. They told me they could not fit me in for a few days which honestly wasn’t even an option for me, but wait it gets worst. While at the dealership trying to figure out what to do next and noticed more issues with the vehicle, work that had not been done, work that was done improperly, and fluid still leaking from under the vehicle. At this point I decided to contact my insurance company and explain to them what happened. I explained the car not being finished, the issues I was having driving it and so on.they had my car for the entire month of June and barely did much work to it and the work they did do was mediocre. I had to take my car to a different shop to get the issues fixed and the other work done and still do not have it back because of this. It has effected my job and I’ve experienced other hard ships because of this. They won’t even pay for my rental car for the extra time that it’s taking because of there neglect. Don’t mind you that in total they charge d about $5700 for the work done to my car for me to pick it up and it still not be 100% drivable. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere if you want your vehicle fixed properly. There is nothing premier about this place.
My car was hit while it was parked and the shop did an amazing job in putting it back together. They’re also Honda/Acura certified. Stephany was a pleasure to work with and wished that all business administration staff worked as well as she did. She was efficient and got back to me in a timely manner. Will be bringing in my car back to do some other services. Highly recommend.
The only downside was the parts took longer to arrive because of Covid-19 and the transportation. When I picked up the vehicle it looked like new so I am very happy with the work.
The replacement work is excellent, and the receptionist, miss Stephanie, was very helpful and professional with her response.

Under no condition should you take your vehicle here for repairs.I took my car to Premier Collision Center to have a side marker lamp replaced (they did the initial repair and it ended up falling off). While having that replaced I also requested that they replace a front headlight as it was cloudy and the other headlight was clear (it was previously installed by Premier Collision Center after my last accident). We agreed upon a price and the work was performed in a timely fashion (approximately 4-5 hours). While driving home I noticed that the headlight bulbs were two different colors and that they were not level. I called Premier Collision Center and was told to bring my vehicle back so that they could take a look and rectify the issue. They agreed that the bulbs didnt match and agreed to replace them and level the lights. I dropped my vehicle off and expected the repair to take about as long as it previously did (1-4 hours as Mercedes Benz replaces bulbs in Express Service in 15 minutes). On first contact after dropping off my vehicle I was told that the light needed to be ordered and that I should pick up my vehicle and they would contact me once it was in stock. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted again and was told that the part may be available locally so they would keep my car. One day turned into two days which turned into 4 days which turned into a week. All the while I am calling Premier Collision Center for status of the installation of a light bulb and my calls are either not being answered or I am being told that I will receive a call back to not get a response (this happened on multiple occasions.) I decided that I had had enough of their games and the run around and showed up at Premier Collision Center to take possession of my vehicle only to find out that it had been moved from their Garwood location (without my permission) to (supposedly) their Newark location so that an authorized Mercedes Benz technician could install the light bulb. The secretary at Premier Collision Center called the manager who tells me that my car will be delivered to me at their Garwood location within 30 minutes. Upon taking possession of my vehicle I notice that the rear headrest and passenger seat had been moved from their normal location, so someone had been riding around in my car with other passengers (once again without my knowledge or permission.) Needless to say I will never be taking any of my vehicles near Premier Collision Center in the future as I feel that they cannot be trusted and they dot not conduct business very professionally.
There aren’t enough words to describe my experience at Premier Collision Center! I have taken me and my girlfriends vehicles to both of their locations and each time was a great experience! Their secretaries are very kind and kept me informed throughout the entire time my vehicle was in the shop. When I went to pick them up, the work came out phenomenal like nothing even happened to my vehicles. They are also certified with many manufacturers which was important to me since I wanted to make sure the job was done correctly which it was. I would recommend Premier Collision to my family and friends and will definitely be coming back if I need anymore work done to my vehicles!

Wonderful overall experience for auto body repair. Robin was very friendly and a cut above the usual folks youd meet at any other auto body repair shop. If I have any other repairs, god forbid, Im going to come back here.

My car was here for an accident, they made me sign all these papers so quick at the end they said my car would take 2 weeks ended up taking a month and it was still not fully fixed I had to take my car here 2 more times. After the gave me my car back the issue was not fixed all they did was make my car look good from the outside but did not fix anything inside. Because of them I had to take my car to another mechanic. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY.

Went to them due to an accident they were vague about what had to get done, how long it would take etc... But when they finally gave us the estimate it was ready days before and the job was well done. Only complaint is the communication can be better.
The worst place ever my car was used and driven over 169 miles a while tank of gas used music CDs in the radio that wasnt there I had vought a battery a week prior to taking care there and it had a different and old battery in it that didnt work the service was horrible t he secretary was rude no professional skills at all I have no clue how they are still in business I never wright reviews no matter how bad my experience was but this place was so bad and un professional that I had to the storage fees per day that they charged me was $75. A day when everywhere else its never more than 25/30 $ a day please be careful and dont even allow your insurance company to take the car there
