Recently tried to do a self touch up paint job on my 2020 Toyota Corolla after getting some stone chips on the paint. I made a mistake in the process and asked Toyota to step in and fix the paint blobs that I made. They repainted my hood, my rear bumper, and blended my fenders to ensure there was no offset in the paint. After getting the car back, we did a walk-around of the vehicle and it looked perfect. Except for one of my fenders which peeled clear coat. I pointed this out to them and they had the painter come out and fix their mistakes at no extra cost in a matter of 5 minutes. My car now looks fantastic again! The work they do here is very professional and I definitely will come back for any of my future repair needs. You will be in good hands with these guys and I highly recommend them!

This was perhaps the easiest experience Ive had! The people were friendly and helpful, the work was done on time and for the estimated cost, and the results were perfect. Couldnt ask for better. Highly recommend!

I had gotten into an accident which resulted in the majority of the front end of my car being replaced. The job was a lot of work, which I expected.I will say that most communication was done on my part, eager to see where the repair was and how far we had progressed. I was told one day that my car would be ready, and that if I didnt hear from them, I couldve pick it up outside of the gate if I had an extra fob, which I did.The end of the day came, so I called just to be sure as the center is over 30 minutes from my house. This is when I was informed that one of the replacement headlights was faulty and that it would indeed be another day. Sure, thats okay.The following morning I called and the woman over the phone had told me it was ready for pickup at the service center, so I drove the rental back to the service center only to find out that my car would not be done for another two hours. I had already returned the rental and opening another rental contract requires a $500 hold.When I eventually did get my car, the pre-loss condition that I was assured the car would be restored to was up for debate. My front right fender and door body are far from flush. My headlights are not level and are slightly downturned, which makes seeing in the dark a bit difficult. the front of my hood was not repaired, but fixed with touched up paint, leaving a rough texture and unappealing finish behind. The passenger side door handle creaks and moans.To top it all of, the car had two scratched on the hood when I picked it up, most likely from the detail which had delayed my car for pickup.

The people here are extremely courteous, professional and thorough. Ki, the receptionist has a warm friendly personality...i loved interacting with her!
