Outstanding service at a very fair price. Receptionist was outstanding and walk you through the process would highly recommend
Took my travel trailer here for a windshield replacement, it was quite a chore finding a place that would even perform this service for me. These people are polite, professional, and competent. Highly recommend them.
Very fast, and nice establishment. They got me in & out quickly .
These guys are top notch! Very professional. Replaced my windshield in 25 minutes. I highly recommend this place. Staff is very friendly and professional. They replaced my windshield for half of my deductible. Dont waste your time calling around like I did. These guys are the best!
Great service and price would highly recommend
Bob was excellent with quoting a time and getting us on our way. Very friendly. Although the front desk girl has an attitude and has zero customer service skills.
The gentlemen at B&G auto glass were polite and went above an beyond to take care of my windshield. They were open and honest and did not put up a hassle. If you need to replace your windshield, double check if your car has any fancy features like “rain detection” so they can order the right glass for your vehicle! They do fast, quality work. Thanks guys for helping us get our vacation back on track!
I ordered a windshield. Came in next morning. Came with all seals. Was very happy with the service.
I had to get a windshield replaced in my old Chrysler 200. I called around to a number of places in the Newark and Bear area. All of the estimates seemed to be about the same. The people I spoke with at B&G seemed to be the most knowledgeable and accommodating. Once the job was completed, the glass looked perfect and there have been no leaks or any other sort of issues that I was concerned about while looking into this process, Thanks. Definitely recommend.
The price was somewhat reasonable for the installment and the window was a great price. But the timing was horrible. We set an appointment at 1130. They told me it would take 30 mins. 12:15 came and he told me that the window just arrived. And then their supplier brung the wrong side window so basically a waste of time
Quick service, Good prices, try them.
My experience at B&G Glass Company was great. I had to get my windshield changed and these guys had me in and out in less than an hour. Thanks Guys!!!!!
Friendly Service. Answer all my questions.
Replaced my windshield in a 45 minutes and did flawless work. I couldnt be happier with tge results.
They did a great job replacing the glass in my work truck and even cleaned up all the old glass. Best part was that it only took about 40 min from beginning to end.
Bad Business, Be Aware ... Bad Business, Be Aware ... Bad Business, Be Aware!!This outfit is all about bait and Switch.NEVER get THEIR Quote on line, they WILL reverse that and hit you for more Money. So, after you thought that they are the cheapest in town, THINK AGAIN, they will NOT honer their price Quote on line that you thought what you will pay.Better off, to keep on shopping else where, lots of other outfits that are on line who WILL do you solid on the price, some of them might work with you for a better one, cause they want your Business ... NOT THESE FOLKS.
Very satisfied. Great to work with.
Just had them come to the house yesterday to replace my sisters windshield; the price was great and they got the windshield installed in under an hour. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Got in and out in an hour !
They lured me in with their price. I should have known it was too good to be true. If you consider your car an appliance... Im sure youll be pleased with their quality of work. If you take pride in your ride... look elsewhere.I needed my windshield replaced after a stress crack appeared in my 2009 MINI Cooper S. I called around and they came in $100 cheaper than the competition for a Pilkington replacement. I even called back to verify that the price was indeed for the Pilkington glass. They assured me it was and that they didnt inflate the parts cost at all. Ok, I thought. When I picked up my car I noticed the top weather strip was not OEM and sat higher than the rest of the trim, but figured... eh, I suppose I can deal. Until, I got home, that is when I noticed that they reinstalled the passenger side A-pillar cover that they broke. I immediately drove back to the shop (after I called them to inform them of the issue, as it was their closing time) and showed them the issue. Well, well order up a new one and get it taken care of for ya.Well, at least theyll make good on their work. After I got home the second time... I went over the entire thing with a fine tooth comb. Thats when I found the other issues. The drivers side A-pillar cover was not seated correctly, the roof rails (trim that runs the length of the car) were askew and also broken, and the windshield sealed too high in the opening. Which is probably why the aftermarket weather strip across the top of the windshield sat higher than the roof rails. When I went back on Monday to point out all the other issues, they actually corrected the drivers side A-pillar cover on the spot. But refused to cover the cost of the broken roof rail trim. I was actually willing to let the out of position glass and aftermarket weatherstrip stand, but wanted ALL of the broken trim pieces replaced but, they refused.Thankfully, I went through my insurance for the work. So, I was able to take it to a shop in PA that actually does the job right. When they removed the windshield to redo the work, they found even more things wrong. There were required clips along the bottom of the windshield that were missing from when B&G did the job. B&G also urethaned the passenger side A-pillar cover (the one they broke a corner off of) onto the A-pillar because they also broke the clips off that hold it onto the car.Now that the windshield was replaced correctly, the only thing that will clue you into the fact that the windshield was replaced... is the lack of MINI wings on the glass.RESPONSE TO OWNER:When you quote a cash price of $230 out the door... then charge the insurance company almost $400 plus my $100 deductible... that qualifies as insurance fraud in my book.
Great service!
Outstanding service
