Our dog just so happened to break one of the windows in our house, and so we really needed to find a reliable company to fix it.This was the company that we chose, and we do not regret it one bit. The people at this company were very cooperative, and the office people made sure that our window was measured properly. The owner really has established a professional and reliable company that offered us a really good experience.Bryan made sure that he got our window put together and brought to us as soon as possible.We really appreciate all the good service that this company has offered us.We will most definitely reach out to them again if we ever need a new window and/or fixed window!

Roxy glass recently replaced all our 2 story home double pane windows and sliding door within a day.we were very please with their employees since they were very polite, clean, and professional and they did amazing job.I did recommend them to all my friends and family. I will definitely will use this company in future.Anyone is interested to see their works is welcome to come to our home and see the windows.

Victor did a great job at a competitive price. Roxy Glass had our glass sliding door repaired in just three days even though we needed custom size tempered glass. Definitely recommend.

Roxy Glass Company exceeded my expectations with their superb customer service and outstanding work ethic. The team was very courteous and professional. My wife felt comfortable when they were working around the house. They also gave us the best deal across the board. We saved a great amount of money and got better quality than expected.

These guys are the best! I called a few times and the receptionist was amazing and patient and answered all my questions and was overall just very attentive. Great customer service ! They came right on time, and David who installed my window was fast and friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. And honestly you can’t beat the price! I got quotes from other companies and they were charging double!Thank you David! And thank you to the whole team!

They came to my home and did a quick measurement and then ordered the glass panel. A week later they came back to install the panels. Very professional and helpful.

Do not hire this company to do any work. They are a sham and will send spies into your home without providing an estimate.

These guys are the absolute worst. They took my closet door in March to repair it and have not returned it. All attempts to reclaim my property have been unsuccessful.

Too Expensive

Roxy Glass replaced a broken window in my house last November (writing this review in Feb, 2019) the price was $303.79. When I placed the order I put $100 deposit on my credit card. The tech came out, did the work and I gave him a check for the balance of $203.79 which cleared my bank a short time later. A few days after that I noticed that Roxy Glass placed an additional charge for $203.79 on my credit card. I called immediately, spoke with Brian, he apologized and promised to put a credit though on my card. No credit appeared on my account. I called and talked to Brian again, this time he said he would mail me a check for $203.79, which never came. I then submitted a fraudulent charge claim with my credit card company which was just resolved in my favor.
