The woman who helped us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I went in at 9am and was told my order would be ready in about 1-2 weeks. I got a call at around 1pm that my order was ready today. If what you’re looking for is unprofessionalism, I would definitely recommend coming here. The workers are extremely incompliant and lazy. It’s impossible to get anything done in a timely manner. Save your time and money, and go someplace else.

The place is clean, wet lit, and offer a variety of glass size, type, color and availability instead of having to wait weeks like most places Ive visited in the past. They had years ago great service. Workers are lazy, take hours on cell phones, walking around taking breaks before they finish work. Takes them forever to go out to look at a job and longer to start. Then if a mistake eis made takes five times even longer to correct.

Luso Glass takes the job very seriously regardless of its size. I had a pleasure of working with Carlos who helped me to get the cabinet door glasses installed. This was a small job but i am planning to install shower glass next year and definitely will go back to Luso Glass without a doubt in mind.

Apparently there is new ownership.. Whatever happened was a disaster. Installed the shower glass door without being level. Scheduled and confirmed three appointments to come fix it and each time they never showed.
