I purchased a replacement charger for a car jump starter and was told by the counter person they do not accept returns on electrical products. I asked the counter person to plug the charger into my jump box to confirm that it works. The counter person told me they do not allow that so I purchase the charger for $30 without ever testing it or knowing if it works. Once I got home I plugged it in and to my surprise the charger wasnt even the correct charger so now Im stuck with the part, Im out of the $30 and to add insult to injury my jump starter still doesnt work.
