Really awesome customer service! Very nice Lounge area, Keurig machine with plenty of coffee to choose from, snacks, water, and flat screen on the wall for relaxing while you wait. Ive been two other Kia dealerships, not including this one, and both of those were not nearly as nice as this one. For me personally, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Thanks guys!

I had a appointment for several recalls expected to take up to 4 hours. Service was great, they came 3 times to update me with their progress and finished 1 1/2 hours early. Social distancing and masks, you couldnt expect more. Many thanks.

We went here today to test drive the new Kia Carnival. The service was at best mehh. Im guessing since the Kia tellurides and carnivals are selling like hot cakes - they can get away with anything. We booked a test drive online and wanted to compare the 2 cars. We were given a carnival for a test drive and told to not drive more than a couple of blocks since they are charging a premium markup on the car. Inspite of having telluride - they said they were not letting anyone test drive that. So we couldnt really compare the cars like we wanted to. Both cars were marked at 12k-13k markups. Im sure Im not going here again or recommending them unless they are the last resort.
Professional customer service and they offer Lyft for customers that live nearby. In addition, they informed me of additional services that my car required, in the near future. Ill definitely return!

The girl that answered the phone wasn’t helpful on a Thursday afternoon. She kept putting me on hold. After she wasn’t able to help me with an appointment she wouldn’t transfer me to the service department. She kept putting me on hold then just keep asking if I want an appointment? Really? And not open on weekends? That’s unusual.
I love the place the staff is wonderful been knowing some of them for some time now I will always go there to buy my car they hook me up with a ride when I needed it always stand by their service..
Overall good experience for every visit. Wait time was quite reasonable for the most recent visit - it could be long some times. Service people are friendly for sure.
I will never recommend anyone to ever go to this Kia dealership in Fremont. They try to rip you off by checking your credit without permission, all 3 bureaus when told they would only check one.Kept on lying by saying we had 15 days to shop around at any dealership with no effect to credit score which is a lie. Manager and the owner are crooks and liers be aware of this dealership.

My husband and I just purchased the 2018 Sorento sx from here. We had actually visited twice prior and never felt pressured. Jason was always kind. Then when we went in the third time to actually make the purchase jason wasnt there. We were kind of bummed at first but then Bang helped us. What a nice guy! After that some other nice guy helped us. I think his name was Louis...And we got a fair price. And there was ZERO percent APR right now. If you want a relaxed place to look at new cars and maybe even eventually purchase a car, this is the place. Way to go, Winn Kia.
This dealership spamming me with unsolicited calls. Initially though its just a spam bots or scammers but answered once and there was Fremont Kia representative on the line asking me am I on the market for the vehicle. Asked to delete my phone from their database but they continuing to call.
First time at this dealership, sales person Ali greeted us and proceeded to answer my wifes questions. Hes professional and attentive, she made an appointment to test drive the next day. We did the drive and impressed with the service.4 stars is as high I give for this type of visit, but Ali is definitely a 5-star sales person. Keep up the good work!
I received a call from Alex and was told I was approved for an auto loan up to 30k. So the following day (today) I took off work and took the bart train an hour and a half one way to get to the dealership. After filling out the information that I had previously given online, I waited around for about 30 minutes to be told that I wasn’t going to be able to get financing. So a days pay gone. $20 on bart. And no progress. What a joke.

Exceptionally good customer service! We signed a lease for Kia Niro with them yesterday and the whole process was just so smooth. The negotiation discussion was completely focused on what we want and Bang from sales department made sure that he was able to get to the number that worked for us. While the paper work was being done we were looked after and Willie from finance team made the documentation process very quick. Everyone was smiling since the time we got into the dealership and were extremely polite. It was great doing business with them.
SCAM ALERT!!! Some how a 26k car with 7.5k down turned in to 32k car. What a joke. Drove 3 hours to buy a car. Was told they could work with the price, they lied! Once we got there they didnt lower it at all. Then offered a ridiculously high interest rate at 5.9% when we have been offer 1.9% everywhere else. And tried to give us $3k less on our trade-in than the 2 other places we got quoted. ALSO tacked on the warenty without saying anything. Dont trust these guys. You might as well be going to a crooked used dealership.
Had to find a replacement car and was pressed for time, and in the middle of moving so I was definitely stressed going in and I was fairly committed to the same make and model I was replacing. To my surprise, I had the best car buying experience Ive ever had thanks to these guys at Winn Kia!Abe made me feel right at home and showed me so many options despite the rain and my endless amounts of questions! I was able to find the perfect car for me that actually doubled up on every feature I requested for! I couldnt ask for a better fit for me then the Kia Optima Ex and I wasnt even considering it before hand! I told these guys exactly what I was looking for and they delivered with no compromise!Speaking of no compromise, when it came to the numbers I had a set price in mind and Adam made it so quick and easy to come to a more then reasonable agreement without all the haggle and hassle! I got everything I asked for and paid less then I was expecting without the added stress and back and forth!Finally, Willie made the paperwork so effortless and took the time and care to make sure everything was completely in order and answered all my questions precisely and made me feel very comfortable with each thing before signing! I genuinely feel I got a great value with the service package esspecially if its anything like the service these guys present, five star!Overall I feel like I came away with a steal, felt like I was literally at home with my friends and driving my perfect car out the lot was so satisfying Ive never had that feeling before. Great service with great product you cant go wrong. They even threw in a few goodies and offers to top if all off making my girlfriend and I feel really part of the family. I had to share my experience at Winn Kia of Fremont, it was the worst experience for buying a car. The sales person and manager spoke in such a condescending manor and made me just want to leave. They said because of the rebates that the interest rate has to be higher, I don’t think so. Also when I looked under the hood of the car I was interested in, it was entirely dusty and had spider webs, not a good look. Went to another dealership and they were patient and explained everything in detail without making me feel dumb and Also gave me a way better APR and worked with what I was looking for price wise and the inside of the hood was up kept and made me feel better about my purchase.
Avoid this place at all cost. They told me im approved for $25,000 over the phone and online. Once i get there they told me im not approved. Complete of waste of time. This place is dishonest.

I never write reviews.Alex NGO is the man lol I got a brand new car With zero down And they paid off the loan on my other car which was damaged in an accident so it had a big dent on the left side of the car. Alex went beyond to give me a wonderful deal please see him... trust me you won’t be disappointed if you contact him.
I went to Winn Kia to have a remote chip replaced. They insisted I also replace the key blade. The day the care was due, they never called. I wound up spending about 3 hours waiting on Saturday while they worked on the car. The service department was under-staffed for a weekend. Only one mechanic seemed to be on duty that day. The waiting room was full and people were waiting for long periods of time.$800+ later, I have a key blade that gets stuck in the ignition, and only works one-sided. I took it back a while later, as it was getting worse and I was afraid it would eventually damage my ignition. My mechanic verified that the ignition was currently fine, and they showed me the poorly cut blade, which lacked the detail of all my previous keys. The service advisor at Winn Kia said that I had to make another appointment to come back, have the car re-evaluated, and sent to a locksmith off-site for the key to be cut IF they determined it was needed. Winn Kia does not stand behind their own work! They are only minimally responsive to customers, and are clearly not interested in being of service.I took it to another Kia dealer, who looked at the key and immediately could see the poorly cut key blade. They sold me a replacement key blade for $29; and, I got the key cut by a proficient locksmith. I spent $40 that I didnt have to, but I now have a fully functioning key (after about an hour vs a day), which wont damage my ignition, no thanks to these so-called professionals. If you are on the Peninsula or East Bay, go elsewhere! This place will waste your time!

We were looking for a “used” commuter car. Stopped at Toyota, Honda and Lexus. Didn’t really see anything so we went to check out Winn Kia on the way home. They had a 2019 Rio on sale. With Labor Day weekend sale, rebates, etc., the asking price was lowered to our price point of around $15k. No pressure during the sales process. We ended up purchasing the extended maintenance which we felt was a good deal. Instead of a used car we got a new car. Very happy with our decision!

For several months Ive been researching a midsize SUV good for snow country but also comfortable and with the latest safety features. Low and behold consumer reports rates the Kia Telluride as one of the top 10 cars available. Problem is, they are so popular they arent available. Messaged Winn Kia and low and behold they had the trim package and color I wanted in stock. Dropped by to kick the tires, a bit worried my credit and price were barriers to ownership. Sales department genuinely worked with my budget and within a matter of hours I went from tire kicker to owner. 48 hours later I am super satisfied. Friendly staff that worked hard for the sale. Highly recommend

This review has been waiting for long.Bought new Kia Optima 2018 in May - the salesperson Calvin was simply amazing! He was very helpful and happy to explain the features and also dropped the car at my place on my request. Highly recommend him.The finance person Louis is very easy to work with. Given that this was my first car, he helped me recommend insurance policies.The 1 star I take off here is because of the an altercation I had with Mr Ajay who tried telling me that I had agreed to pre-pay for a maintenance plan which I didnt. He apologized at the end when matter cleared up but I would expect better customer treatment from a Kia dealership. He still kept telling me that he was losing money on the car but retracted that when I said I dont want to do a deal where he is unhappy. I was also given discounts which, although were not out of the world, but were reasonable.Overall very easy to buy a car. Would definitely go back if we need another one in future.

I stopped by on Saturday to inquire about the stinger gt2. Sales representative gave me general details about the car. This was a show room car. So I didn’t expect to test drive it that day. But, I was the end of the year sale and the price was significantly discounted. But, I inquired if a test drive could be arranged. The sales person said it was possible and we scheduled to come back the following day at 3pm to test drive.At 1pm the next day, I got a text from sales person saying manager would not allow test driving as this is the top of the line model and consumers don’t like a lot of miles on it.The reason given is understandable. But, leaves the customer to jump to conclusions as to why and how this car will ever get sold.This is very unfortunate as I was very excited to test out the stinger.
I am trying to but my leased car.It is very hard to get hold of them.And when you do reach them, they want me to go to a 3rd party bank and finance it there.Then they just hang up.I have bought 2 cars from them, will not be a 3rd.

Did research on a car they had for sale for a couple of weeks.We were very excited and added the car to our insurance ... the lady there told us a different price lie number one for luring us in but that’s when I should have seen the lack of professionalism. Later we encounter the sales men Jason the kid was very rude. The first time we came to them we waited two days to get the loan because we wanted to put a bigger down payment... I took a day off from work and so did my partner drove all the way to Fremont to the appointment we had at 1PM.Once we arrive Jason decides to let us know (at 1PM )THAT THE CAR HAS A DAMGED ENGINE AND HE FOUND OUT THIS MORNING... at 10 AM? He couldn’t Bring this to our attention before? (More lies and deception )we could have bought any other car there really but with that lack of professionalism and common decency we will never ever step foot in there and I hope this informs other people .Treat you’re customers with respect we are supposed to have common sense this sales man had our information and could have called me or left a message he lacks good manners it’s not about loving you’re job it’s called being a Decent person with manners Specially during covid times it was not necessary for us to drive there if the car was damaged .Do read the comments all of them are very true ..I’m sure they lied about the problem and I will be calling corporate to also file a complaint ... avoid Jason like the plague he is rude and will act very stuck up ...you have a choice kid if you don’t like the job or people maybe you should really try something else or learn how to treat people in general ...the worst thing is they’re just in there killing flies no one was there and like I said it before they lack pretty much everything... scammers, liars and 0 on the customer service ...
My Husband and I went into the Kia in Fremont interested in buying a Fully loaded Telluride. We had the worst experience. We walked in no one acknowledged us. There was a sales man sitting in his chair idle, didn’t even ask if we needed any help. I can go on about other salesman as well but I’ll kept it short. It was a horrible experience and when I asked for a manager I was told “well, he is not here” and that person just walked off. And We walked right out and will never return again.

Last week I went to a the bay auto dealer in Fremont with the hopes of purchasing a vehicle and I was very bummed out when I got there it took like 20 minutes for someone to come say hi to us we looked around and they had one vehicle I liked out of all of them and was told there was already a deposit they had no good cars some even had broken window and scratched up so my husband and I decided to go look around for another dealer and came across Winn Kia Newark didn’t really think they would help me out do to my credit score not being as high well I was wrong the minute we stepped out of our vehicle the sales rep Nick Borrego greeted us and was very helpful and professional he showed us around and explained the process really good, Michael and Louis also where very helpful and professional I walked out of there with the car me and my family loved I highly recommend this place some of our friends will also be stopping by to take a look and hopefully find the car they need Thank You again Winn Kia Newark 😊

Horrible experience. Made us drive all the way from San Mateo to tell us the car listed on the website is not available. We even called ahead to confirm whether car is available. We wanted to avoid an unnecessary visit during COVID. Jason was the person there who didnt even bother to apologize for the mistake he made.

Service was amazing! We looked for a while to find what we were looking for. I was surprised at how unprofessional the service was at other dealerships we visited, so working with Bob and Tameem was refreshing.
Great end-to-end service! I had shown up to service department unannounced on Monday AM as my car EV had battery issues over thew weekend (the svc dept doesnt open on Saturdays). From the service rep to the front desk, they are so kind and nice, immediately arranging for shuttle service back to my house. The initial estimate for the fix was 2-3 days but the service was able to repair the issue in only a few hours. Since Service closes at 5PM, I could not pick up the car but the service rep offered to stay later so that I can pick up the car (I know that they could have just left it on the sales lot and have front desk assist me, but it was a generous gesture).
I bought a 2016 Impala LTZ on presidents holiday weekend 2018, The Car is Great, This is by far the best car I ever owned. I drove off with nothing down and $ 270 a month payments. The car is like brand new, and I only payed 13,400, they even shopped around for the lowest possible financing. I even got one percent lower than the preliminary estimate Michael had given me before they ran my credit. I recommend anyone to shop for a new or used car there. The staff is absolutely helpful. Although I had a bad issue with my car they did everything for me paying less as much is possible. While you are waiting for your car get repaired they provide a shuttle and you might enjoy all facilities(like snacks, coffee, HD TV, vending machines and more!)

Terrible customer service overall, when talking otp they were dismissive and rude. Same attitude in person. Will never do business here again. Certain car parts were also missing. Also the car wouldn’t even start, one guy outright lied about not having jumper cables and we had to ask another worker for them.

I went to buy a car for my son. And the salesman Tameem was great as we narrowed down the perfect vehicle a Kia Optima. The sales manager Trent was helpful to the process supporting Tameem and I. Trent gave a smooth handoff to the finance lady Thi. Thi Allowed the process to be quick and easy with no haggling. I must say this was the easiest and most comfortable process that I have ever endured when purchasing a car. I tried getting a quote for leasing a car from them. Im currently leasing a kia. They called and texted me and when it comes to getting a number on monthly payment they went silenced and started being aggressive and everything you hate about car dealerships. I highly recommend going with another Kia dealership and just save yourself some time.
Salesman was nice but could not lower the price. The finance guy added extra warranty and window protection we didnt know about tried calling him to redo the contract to no avail. Were refinancing it to my credit union.
It took us a while to choose a car we wanted, we were very undecided. Calvin and Jason were by far the best salesmen we dealt with of any car company in the area. They werent pushy and listen to our needs.A specific example, we test drove a lot of cars on the first Saturday, intending to make a decision during the week and buying the following weekend. We were very clear with all the car companies we would not buy from them until at least the following weekend. All of them called us multiple time during that week. Safe from Calvin from Kia that only called us on the Saturday to follow up, exactly as we had asked.Overall this was a very pleasant experience and we are very happy with our brand new Kia Niro.
Not a great dealership, they wasted our time in APR rates, where I was clear to provide me with the final car price and I will manage my own financing.They increase the APR rate if you are buying the car at a lower price or they will decrease the APR rate telling us that this is the promotional APR rate but put the car price high. I was very clear with the sales person tp provide me with the out the door prize but he never provided me with that.

Was going to buy a new car here, but the people were rude, not knowledgeable about their own cars, and tried to act intimidating. Went to and purchased from Capitol Kia instead.

Customer service was a bit ummm blank.My car dint get a car wash and they never mentioned it as well even though it comes with the oil change service.Hopefully if I go nextime they will be more about the customer and offer all the benefits that come with their service.

Especilly Carl Leung and his team (a new employee who just started couple weeks ago).They are very patient and willing to spend time with me, even I just bought a used car.
