Newark Ohio Walmart auto was SPECTACULAR today. Been trying to get an oil change for a few days now and theyve been super busy & short staffed. They offered to put me on the schedule for today at 3:00pm a few days ago. I ended up ruining super late for my appointment. Called them at 3:10pm to explain and inform them I was still coming to make sure I could still be seen. I arrived about 3:25pm, was gone shortly after 4. Not only were they quick and friendly they went above satisfaction. My washer fluid light was on, completely dry. I went to leave, my washer light was off and I could was my window finally. Very happy I waited for them instead of finding somewhere before today!

Went to buy a battery for my vehicle and the staff was very helpful and made sure we left feeling confident in our purchase.

Couldnt fix my tire.Couldnt order new tire to match my brand.

Technicians don’t show up on to work on time, but they want you to make an “appointment”. 🚮.

Had two new tires put on,. They scratched up rims and threw alignment off ! Just had alightment 9 days ago so it was fine before it went in! Called and they were useless and tried to say it wouldnt of happened until I said I had proof of just having alightment then they said tread difference caused it but the tires were not even bald or off enough to cause it. And instead of trying to give advice or what ever to help for damage and help with alightment they clearly dont care about their customers!

To be completely honest, I was very surprised at the level of value that I found here. I never would have thought that Walmart would have a good Auto center. The truth is, they do. The tires are great quality for affordable prices. I would definitely say to check them out first, before you go spending more money than you had to.

Called them in a pinch this morning- George answered the phone and was so pleasant! had my two tires done within 1-2 hours, no appointment. Came to pick up and pay, and Heather the gal behind the desk was so knowledgeable and pleasant also. Didnt expect to have such a nice experience, but I was pleased! Thank you~

Was quoted 2-2.5 hours and after 2.5 just went up to check where it was at only to be told there were 7 cars in front of me still and it would be another 1-1.5 hours wait. Customer services was not apologetic at all. Decided to wait since I need it done and have already waited 2.5 hours but will never be back.

They do a good job. Cheap and reasonably quick

Made an appointment for 1pm, they didnt even pull the car in until after 1:40pm and by 2:30 i was still waiting for them to change 4 tires and an air filter. Basically ignored the whole time. Offered no consideration for the extremely unprofessional behaviour. Completely unacceptable experience.

Well youre trusting Walmart with your vehicle three stars is pushing it

Was very unhappy with my experience there. I knew there was going to be a little bit of a wait because they are so cheap but 5 hours the man he said he had 4 oil changes in front of me with all four needing tire rotations.. 5 hour wait for that? Seems to me like he just didnt want to add onto the work load.I use to work at an oil change place, oil change and tire rotation shouldnt take anymore then 20 minutes. Felt like I was getting blown off.Ended up doing my oil change myself..

First off a 3 hour wait to fix a tire, no coffee, asked them to replace a blown out windshield wiper. They were supposed to check the battery. They fixed the tire, did not look at anything else. I replaced the wiper blade and the next day the battery is dead. I will never go back to these mooks.

I waited for 15 mins in line just for them to very rudely tell me that there was a 6 hour wait for a oil change unreal

We had a tire emergency and while they did have our cars odd size available, we were quoted a 45 minute wait. We waited for 3 and a half HOURS before our car was ready. We are from out of town passing through Norwalk and had our three children with us. Obviously this wasnt their fault, but nothing was done about the horribly inaccurate wait time. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Had some tires mounted. I little slow but the job was done right.

Workers are not nice. The way they run their tire shop is ridiculous. Needs major overhaul. Very slow as I was told they get paid by the hour so they work at their pace . Not smart
