One chance to make first impression. Found out after dropping truck off for oil change / tire rotation that a courtesy service wasn’t available.Bought the truck here in July 2018 even though residence was in Toledo. Ballas serviced my vehicle there and courtesy service was excellent.Retired and moved back to Newark. Trying to adjust to the less than, life style.😡
