My experience has been ok with this service department. They are much better than other Ford service departments. Some of them i would never go to, but i bought my car here and i have been back here a number of times for service. If you have Ford in bay area, i would bring it to this dealership for repair.
There is a lack of communication skills within this department. The associates are easily frazzled and can get rude. They do not follow through with status updates. This shop gets very busy with servicing commercial fleet vehicles, so prepare to wait, even with an appointment. It felt like they prioritize these over the consumers. The parts/cashier waiting area had coffee and water. Restrooms were across in the showroom. Seating was plentiful and comfortable with little college lecture-esque desks attached. A T.V. with daytime shows and cashier-controlled Netflix. The shuttle driver, while obnoxiously chewing on sunflower seeds, cursed at typical Bay Area traffic. How unprofessional. He also responded to text messages on his phone while we were on the road. How unsafe.
The worst I ever see in a car dealer and service center. They have a very mean customer service representative his name Peter Peknrk, try to avoid him as he will answer your questions in unrespectable way.
