I must say Icustom Newark is one of the best custom printing companies I have ever known. The quality of their products is very high. I purchased customized coffee mugs for my friend to gift on his birthday. He loved it so much. Definitely, I would recommend them. The quality of print on the mug is very good. I am really glad about my decision to print from the company.

I got a hat and t-shirt from him and I was able to use the pictures I wanted. I truly love the t-shirt and my hat. I wear my hat everyday. I highly recommend and he gave me 15% off.

Not the best experience, they need to update their website for same day orders because I placed an online order for a specific color shirt and then received a call after paying that the only options for same day pick up are black and white. Also I called a day and a half later and they hadnt even started my same day order I had to resend my info. I was told my order would be ready in 1 hr when I called and I decided to give them almost 2 hours, still wasnt ready when I arrived. They didnt even have the size my order required. Ended up having to get a size bigger, lesson learned. Very inconvenient.

I love this location just like their other stores this place has amazing customer service. I shop here whenever I step foot in this mall. I’m always leaving with something. The staff here is one of a kind and the guy that does their embroidery is by far the most talented I’ve ever seen. That guy works magic
