Melody is very nice, talented, and friendly. I have given this place of business 5 stars before but the installation department is unprofessional. I scheduled an installation 2 weeks out and paid for it before the decals were designed. On the day of installation, I was informed that something came up (after I had already arrived) and told that I would need to wait a few more days. Every part of this business gets 5 stars with the exception of the installation which has dragged down my rating.

Had them do many jobs in the past no problem. I sent them a bigger job. Had them walk threw the store before they quoted me. Ended up hiring them. Long story short Install day came they messed up on sign said they would be back in a week to fix. No big deal I paid in full. 2 weeks go by sign isnt fixed. And the signs they installed inside are bending bad. I called and they said got busy and will fix it all. okay cool. Well 4 months go buy nothing. So I called again. was told they will have it fixed soon. 5 months go buy and finally they come and fix the one sign and take a interior sign, to find a fix. Well 6 months go by still not fixed. 6 and a half moths go by so I stop in to get answers on why this project isnt done. They say they will refund the money. Okay They hand me a check and its missing a refund on the taxes I paid. I bring this to their attention and I was told they all ready paid the tax. Okay? I said well I still need a refund on that as this is not a $2700 job any more. They get irate and tell me to take the check or leave it I will not get taxes back. So I am firm saying I need those back. And he tells me to get out. And threatens to call the cops. And tells me he isnt afraid to kick me out. and comes out behind the counter yelling and screaming. I proceed to leave. All I wanted was the job done that I paid for.

Our company has used Level 33 Graphics for all of our in house and promotional items. They have been more than willing to accommodate our needs as well as have great turn around times for our demanding due dates. We have been very pleased with the quality of work and pricing! I never have to worry about sending a project and would recommend them to anyone needing printing.

With a Senior Graphic Design Show days away and a school printer that flopped, I needed some last minute printing done — A 30 x 60 inch poster, two sprial bound books, and 20+ portfolio pages... Level 33 got everything done for me in time and cost was reasonable! Professional people doing high quality work. If you want to raise your printed needs to a higher level, 33 is the place to be. The difference is graphic.
