I went in because I needed a cup. When I asked if they had any, an extremely rude employee told me they do not. As I was about to leave I saw several paper cups. The staff member was aware of this and simply was lying so i would leave the store quicker. I turned back around to get the cup and she began screaming. Professionalism is a 0/10, i would fire the staff here and start fresh. Will never purchase anything from this store again and I’m sure if the behavior stays this way many will follow suit.

Glad they put it in its own building. It truly deserves it. The campus center was not home for it.

I visited for the first time at the beginning of the semester and they had my online order ready to go. Some better signs/markings for where to stand when the line gets long would be nice. I stood in front of one of the counters for a few minutes thinking I would get served before one of the employees told me where the line starts.

Certain workers are kinda rude, but most were pretty nice. Edit Its nice to see a reply. Ive added a star. The sitaution was that it was my first time in the bookstore and I walked up to the register to ask where the line started. Before I even got my first scentence out I way yelled at for cutting the line, which was Ironic. The worker said this loud enough to try to shame me I guess? As a suggestion, it would be nice if the line was down the center of the store, which seems to be the more intuitive setup. Better yet, it could be parrallel to the front. Regaurdless, thankyou.

8/10 was waiting here, they got a shitton of Starbucks in the machine

Everything is super pricey, but what can you expect from college textbooks and merch. Never had any real problems here, but also, never had a real cause to go beside lab manuals.

Best place for technology people. I am doing bachelor here. Hopefully I will finish my graduation successfully. Best thing about Njit is the professors, stuffs, and faculty members. They are so friendly and helpful. You can see various ethnic people here from around the world. New Jersey Institution of technology is one of the top technology university in USA specially in this area.

Has all the essentials for a college student.Also has clothes with NJIT logo. Fairly priced as well.

Great place to get things in need, but process are high. Recommend going to ShopRite or Walmart for regular things, and for text books, online would be the cheapest.

Well its not cheap as out side or wholesale prices. So do remember this could be only for urgent or emergency type store. For books, if needed then you have to buy it form here, prices are as expensive as others university book stores.

Convenient if you need something immediatly and they have a lot of stuff a student would need. But it is overpriced most of the time so only go if you have to.

Everytime Ive been there the people have been very nice, prices are moderate at times but I suggest that you dont buy books here as there are much better options elsewhere.

Great campus store it had what I needed.

Love the customer service, i was in and out getting my books within 15 mins the day before classes started this past spring semester!
