I came here because my brother had got 2 cars from this place and I was still skeptical cause my brother is very is easy to satisfy. But my experience with Joanka auto sales was great. No hassle or anything. He let me bring my mechanic and test drive the vehicle with no problems. Some places dont like to let you bring your mechanic, thats how I knew he was being honest. He worked with me on the payment of my car and I was able to leave the lot asap with my car. I have me a good running car with a good battery, transmission, motor and starter which is what really matters. My kids love the car. Also the staff is very welcoming, helpful and polite. This place is NOT recommended!!! My mom got a car less than a month ago and its needing a NEW TRANSMISSION and RADIATOR to keep working, in order to fix it wed need to pay around$ 5800. Weve been trying to talk to the owner and his dad but they havent helped us, theyve been extremely disrespectful and not professional instead!! Today we went for the third time to find a solution and they were yelling Get the hell out of here!, Ill see u in courts! They even closed the gate without recognizing that the car was broken since the very first time! PLEASE DONT LET THESE PEOPLE TAKE YOUR MONEY like they did to us. We are victims of FRAUD!!

So I decided to trade in my Nissan for a new car because I was scared to drive my Nissan the new dealership got me a Carfax which Joanka didnt want to give me one and now I find out The car was in an accident before in Florida and was sold in auction in NYC and Joanka told me that the car was in perfect condition no accidents. they are liars I regret going to them but karma will get them buyers please beware. Almost forgot the Nissan what I bought it from them it was in 90,000 miles one in reality it was switch the original miles was 114,000!!! 😡😡___________THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! ITS RUN BY SON AND FATHER WHO BOTH SEPARATELY TELL YOU ONE THING AND THE OTHER SAY ANOTHER. NO COMMUNICATION WITH THEM. WAS TOLD BY THE SON THE CAR HAS NO PROBLEMS. IS GREAT. BUT THEY HAD TO CHANGE THE BREAKS ON THE CAR,HOOD (which was told it was fine when it wasnt) AND SOMETHING ELSE.. AND HAS TO LEAVE MY CAR SEVERAL TIMES FOR THEM TO FIX IT AND I HAD TO TAKE A TAXI TO WORK SEVERAL TIMES. I bought a 2011 Honda Civic here, the full 1w+, there is nothing wrong with it except for a little dirt inside the car, I plan to wash it myself afterwards, and I drove it smoothly when I tested it.
