I have been loyal customer to the place since they open but like everybody said the skinny guy make all customer run away from the store since may I never go back again because of this guy yes sadly owner never change this person customer service is the key of business and there is a lot of nice people who can serve better not looking on background and disrespectful till the guy change will never buy from there again

They have Captain Black (pipe tobacco) Cherry flavor! Never ever saw this flavor all around NYC, great spot and tremendous customer service they check me out when they was almost close the gates, Thank you much

Message to indian owner please be aware prices are too high and skiny brazilian you have in store road guy was in this store so many time i did visit on 09/14/21 at 4.55 pm if u keep Brazilian guy u will lose many customers its not first time but the guy very rude to customer especially spanish and black next time i will file complain with right department about thid guy and store owner

My new go to! I wasnt sure what I needed & John was super helpful. Showed him the vape pen I was using & found me something better. Now I no longer have to worry about the mail ban & getting my juice shipped. Great customer service!

Not much of a selection but I grabbed three juices I could use for my vape… better than coming to Jersey and not getting anything in the area!

Excellent shopping experience! This store has a wide variety of items to choose from and their store has a clean presentation of all available inventory. Their cigar selection is extraordinary and the associates can help you find the right cigar for any occasion!!! 10/10 Would recommend.

Price are too high even in nyc they dont charge like that ..they charge all item double price buy products from ther and go to nearest hookah store and ask about prices then u gonna know what Im talking about

I frequent this location at least once a month. Clean and organized shop front. Not the best selection of products, but this is a small smoke shop. Friendly service ever time I come in. A good place to check out if youre in the area and can accommodate most who are either restocking or looking for a new item or gift. Prices are moderate, however fair for the area and competitive to the other shops near by. This is one of the only shops in the vicinity that carries bulk rolling tobacco up to 1 pound bags.

COMPLETE RIP OFF -_-Bought a disposable CaliPod from this place, opened the brand new pack and it did not work ! On top of that, they can NEVER stick to one damn price for their items . Unbelievable !

I came into the shop on 5/31/2018 and my girlfriend bought some vape juice. I decided to buy myself a pack of Newport 100s and I smoked it in the front while she shopped and the taste of the cigarette was disgusting it tasted just like the incents they were burning in the shop and asked for a refund and he refused I will never visit this shop again and advise my friend also to do the same due to the rudeness and Im compassion for my case
