Scam artist!!!They have no problem selling you a 100.00 cigarette machine that doesnt work out if the box. Yet wont exchange for another.Just lost a long time customer, Great job!!!

I was in from out of town. Im a huge Black Label Trading Co. fan. and my local selection from this brand is quite limited. I nearly fell over when I walked in and the gentleman pointed me to an approximately 8 long wall stocked top to bottom with what I was craving. Super nice folks!

Big humidor with a pretty good selection of cigars. They have a friendly staff and knowledgable people around to help purchase cigars if you dont really know much about them. For the area, you arent going to get much better than here for cigars. I recommend.

I loved my experience there. Both times I went I was treated very well, and the staff were genuinely great people. Both times they took the time to help me with my cigar choices and very knowledgeable. After showing me around their eelection, they gave me room to look for myself without being intrusive or feeling pressured. Thank you again. Ill be back if Im in the area again.

Soon as I go into the store, I ask for my selection of cigarettes and than quick traction and Im on my way. Also they carry soda, and snacks,for the way home. Great Tax free prices.

Not many cigar places in the area. This one has a decent selection in a walk in humidor. Not the biggest selection, but there really isnt any other place in the area to go with a walk in humidor. Carries a good selection of cigars in $10 per stick range or cheaper. Not a good selection of high end very expensive stuff.Friendly staff. Prices are what you would expect.Bulk pipe tobacco too, but not a lot of premium brands and types.

Terrible customer service! I just left there without making a purchase, even though they had exactly what I wanted to buy. When I entered the store, there was just one other customer waiting at the far register, but no employee in site. After a couple minutes, the employee with red hair came out from the back room of the store and assisted the initial customer who was waiting with his transaction. Then, without acknowledging me, she immediately went into the backroom again. Almost at the same time, another employee came from the side door, looked at me and started talking to the other employee in the back. Another customer then walks in. Then when the female employee emerges from the back room, she immediately assists the customer that was behind me. I walked out without any type of hello, Ill be with you in a minute or any other civil courtesy. I walked out and will never return to this store. My son goes to UD in Newark, I stumbled on this place while down for a visit. Great selection and prices. I knew Gary from his Emilio days and hes just a great guy in general. I am looking forward to my next trip down and loading up on more cigars.

I was visiting Delaware and drove 30 miles in hopes of finding my favorite Nat Shermans.I arrived just in time to find the store had just closed. I waited for the staff to leave and as they were walking out, I told Debra my situation. She was an angel and took the time to reopen the store and they had my blend in stock! She was able to sell me two packs and said she would handle the register in the morning.Thank you Cigar-Ette City and thank you, Debra! Im a fan!
