One of the best gas stations in Newark

The worst gas station in New Jersey! Their gas dont last! The customer service experience is horrendous whether you get gas or shop at their subpar min-mart. The snacks are way past expiration date! The people have no customer service training whatsoever! They act like they are doing you a favor! Do not support Shell Gas Station! They do not appreciate your business! Why are they here? Poorly managed and terrible training, if any!

You got to go inside the food Mart to pay for your gas I believe at this gas station inside that food mart its a tight cramped quarters and its just tight inside. BorisQ

I went to this gas station and used my credit card, unbeknownst to me, I had a charge of $100 plus the amount of $20 that I had asked for gas, the $100 was a hold for the gas, that was upsetting to me because I did not have much money in my account. I called the gas station and they said it would take up to 5 days to go back onto my credit card. I can see a few dollars but $100 was out of the question, be forewarned.

Their fuel is not cheap but the attendants are polite and they have a nice mini mart in there for convenience.

Efficient and staff is very professional and friendly. Service guy fixed my broken wiper and wouldnt accept my tip money.

Super slow service, i was the only car there with 2 attendants who acted like I was invisible. I asked the man inside after 5 mins if I could pay him and pump my own gas...logical question...he catches an attitude rells me to wait for the guys so i hurry up and wait and eventually left as they started helping the 3 ppl that camr after me

Watch them with putting gas in your vehicle. They put more in the tank then you ask for and want you to pay for it SMH .
