Buckeye Marble and Granite did a great job for us. They were very helpful and patient with us in selecting and ordering our granite. The installation was quick and professional. One of the slabs was slightly incorrectly cut the first time--the installers took it back and made sure the job was done correctly. Reasonable pricing, too.

They did a fantastic job of replacing my granite countertops with quartz. The old granite was hard to remove, but the guys took extra time to remove them without damaging my cabinets or backsplash. The new countertops are beautiful and these guys are pros. Pricing and turnaround time was great as well!

We worked with Anthony from mid-buckeye granite. He was absolutely amazing!!! We had issues with getting our cabinets installed because of Covid and he was so patient and understanding! Once the cabinets were done they installed the granite and a fast manner!!! The installers were great!! I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Anthony and his guys did a great job at a fantastic price and a quick turn around. Most people were higher priced and telling it would be 4 weeks. Anthony beat their price and was ready in a week.We ran into some issues with our builder (not Mid-Buckeyes fault), but the guys went out of their way to work with the foreman. We had some issues with the size of the island, but Anthony took care of it. He even made a special trip down to drop off a sample for us to take when we shopped for back splash tiles.Thank you.

I’m very pleased with the quality of installation of the granite countertops. They were early, very professional, great at the installation and even cleaned up when they were done. I would highly recommend! My kitchen looks beautiful!

Great selection, answered all of our questions, showed up when they said they would and skilled enough to guide through the various options / decisions. We have installed granite for years, even before it was not as cost effective and we will no use Mid Buckeye Marble & Granite going forward for the personal aspect they deliver. We have projects all over, and they always accommodate. Old school work ethic mixed with current industry demands, truly a hidden gem in the industry.

We had our 3rd and most intensive install by BM&G; we are more than satisfied and comfortable with the skill and eye for detail. We work on various applications, so there is a no limit to the challenge we bring this group. Time and again, they prove to be a professional. Great value, high level skill, technical detail, responsive and accountable; second to none in the solid surface business.

Very knowledgeable and helpful service. I called to get an estimate on my kitchen and discussed pricing and options with them regarding types of marble vs. granite. Megan was very helpful in getting me the information to make an informed decision. We are at the template stage and Im very excited to see the end result. The pricing and availability cannot be beat.Excellent experience and I would recommend them to a friend!

Buckeye did an excellent job. Megan was very easy to work with - she was available to me via phone throughout the entire process. Anthony did our install as planned and it looks fantastic! I highly recommend this company for their quality of work and customer service. We received estimates from 3 different countertop companies - Buckeye exceeded the others with their attentiveness and guidance through the selection process.

I ordered the granite to find out a few days later we needed to replace our cabinets, which would take 3-4 weeks. The owner was extremely patient with us. Scheduling for the measurements and install was very easy. The granite looks even better than we anticipated! This is my second time using this company, I highly recommend them for all of your countertop needs! I couldnt be happier with how my countertops have turned out, both times!

UPDATE - We have a settlement against them that they never paid. Our countertops look absolutely horrific. In an attempt to garnish their profits to pay for the innumerable mistakes (cracked counter during installation, a useless hole drilled OVER the metal of the undermount sink for the soap dispenser, every seam separated within days of installation), we discovered they have no money left in their business. This is a sinking business. Do not give them your money. I have read previous BBB Reviews and they have literally stolen money from people. I recently met a former employee of theirs who never received his last few paychecks because they ran out of money. Stay so far away.I am convinced that people from the company got on Google to make the rating go higher. I invite you to look at their Better Business Bureau grade; its an F. I have met two people that used them, both with similar experiences as mine. They stopped returning any calls to fix the innumerable mistakes they made. They had such a good price which is why we went with them, but you get what you pay for. I still cant believe how many mistakes there are. Take pride in your work and fix your mistakes. Word of mouth is everything to a young business like yours; helping your customer pays for itself by word of mouth, but a bad experience travels much quicker and people are much more keen to listen.

I would definitely NOT recommend Buckeye Marble; I now have a kitchen countertop where the direction of the veins were seamed going two different directions and very noticeable; it actually looks like two pieces of different granite patched together; The granite is chipped and has stressed marks through one piece from being cut wrong and trying to make it fit; The installers said they didnt have time to use the correct seaming protocol because it would take too long and they had a lot of work at the shop to do. The owner avoided my initial concerns; I stopped at the location and showed him pictures of how bad it was since he never showed up the day of installation which he said he was going to do; He scheduled an appointment to come over to see it and never showed up then either. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Amazingly they have only been in business for two years and will now have two BBB complaints; does that tell you something?

Nice people but in the end disappointing results.....had order for granite on our new large bar in basement - on day of install owner Anthony announces the shop had a communication problem and sink cut out to big- the template we supplied by manufacturer of sink not used....so made it right by cutting piece again...BUT on next piece he assumed we wanted it cut out on larger (show reveal) and not on smaller no reveal of top of sink to be seen- from the template. We were never asked what our preference was when Anthony came to measure - and actually NEVER knew that there was option other than the smaller cutout. When brought to Anthonys attention only response was 50 % of people prefer larger cut so that is what he did....no other resolution was offered. NOT THE PROFESSIONAL Experience we had expected. Like I said nice people but sub par performance. Sad as we like to use small business instead of big box stores. Price was good but in the end still a poor end result.

DO NOT USE THEM. Beware. They have poor business ethics. If you run into any kind of problem, they will cut off contact with you. We sent them certified letters from our lawyer and the BBB and no response. They did a horrible job. We might have the counter tops torn out.

I had to ask them where the seam was because I couldnt find it on my own! The under-mount sink and the holes for the faucet are perfect! In our eat-in kitchen area our walls are not perfectly square (house was built in 1939) but the granite is cut straight. Since our house is so old, renovations are very difficult - this install couldve gone really bad, really fast. They cut out a few sections of the walls to get the granite in, trying to make it as flush as possible. However, there is a section where the wall is about 1/2-inch or more away from the granite. After the install he showed me the section and explained the gap, stating that if we just put think grout under our backsplash it should cover it. At the time, I thought he was right until he left... then I realized we are putting backsplash on the back walls of the counter tops not on the side walls! Their contract clearly states that they cannot be responsible for uneven walls (which is fair), but I wish they wouldve told me verbally during the template/measurement appt. that it would be that drastic. We are now going to have to do drywall work around the granite (to even out the walls) to make it work, but if we had known before the install we would have postponed it and done the drywall work first instead of having to work around our brand new granite. On the plus side, we got a discount for participating in their Toys for Tots drive and I received an e-mail the day before install that said we could get another discount for paying with cash instead of credit card. All of this on top of already being a lower price than their competitors.I would recommend using them and as long as you participate more during the template-making process and asking lots of questions to clarify precision/accuracy.

Very nice people but disappointed with the installation and end result. When they first came out to install the granite counters they forgot to seal the space between the undermount sink and the counter. Also, the edges on the counter were not consistent at all. Some edges were shaved down more than others and give the counter a very un-professional look. There were a few extremely rough and jagged areas on the surface and around the edges as well. They told us the material was very delicate and if they tried to smooth the rough areas out, the granite would crumble... They did come out a second time to fix the rough areas though and polish the counters, but they forgot to seal the sink again. Finally, the third time they came out, they sealed the sink...(third times a charm.)The granite looks very nice (picked out at stonemart) however the installation process was a nightmare.

Contracted them to do a Quartz countertop with no seams and expressily communicated this to Megan Ladue who wrote this in huge hand writing on my paper work. She sais she would cll me if there were any issues. Install day came and the countertop showed up in 2 pieces. I called Megan and she apollogized and promised a refund. Several days later no refund and in an email she said they were not issuing a refund. Not a professional way to handle things when she knew my expectations and never had the customer service skills to call me and ask me if i wanted to proceed! So they are keeping my full deposit. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Granite was cracked during installation by owner (which he never mentioned he cracked the piece- we found the crack days later and a second crack a couple months later). Very disappointed in the outcome and will be searching for other companies to use for future projects.

Update: we had our counters installed 3 years ago and it’s looks like we’ll have to replace them shortly as there are craters on the surface of the counters as well as multiple chips, and chunks missing on the edges of the counter tops, especially around the undercount sink. The seam between the two slabs on the island is also separating. So very disappointed in this company. 😞
