I enjoyed shopping here all was great until I got my delivery and received a mattress opposite of the one I chose I purchased a dining set queen bedroom set an extra night table, 5 decorative pillows and the mattress sold separately I would have given 5stars if I got the form beauty rest mattress I originally ordered instead of the flimsy extra soft silk beauty rest. Not to mention Sammy gave me a beautiful lamp as a gift however something as expensive as a mattress it matters that the order was exact, I called no answer I sent a message on the gram it was read and I didnt receive any response of this issue so thats why they get 4 stars

Not professional the delivery people just left my couch the knot put it together and when you call them to complain about it they dont do nothing about it and they dont call you back very very bad service

I purchase a bedroom set 1,200 dollars plus 120 for delivery . It’s a nice set worth the money so far but the delivery guy left a mess when the we’re done . I’m not talking about a box here or there boxes and debris everywhere. When I asked why was it left behind the answer was “ we don’t do clean up” called the manager he tells me someone will come back to get it 2 hours later no one has come . If you’re thinking about going here don’t extremely unprofessional . I should’ve listened to my wife and kept shopping

Soo, I would never do business with them again! Trust me it’s not worth the headache and hassle. Not only did they took forever to deliver my furniture on the day we both agreed on in the time frame of 12-6pm . They didn’t show up until 9:00pm and then on top of showing up super late they forgot an item ( Mirror) then the guy asked for a tip and he didn’t even bring my whole order ! I’m still currently waiting on the rest of my order! Unprofessional much! Nevertheless I said okayy when will u guys deliver my missing item . The man goes to say “Monday’ ! Today is Monday no item has been delivered! I calls them to see what’s going on then they started asking for receipts And giving me the run around instead of owning up to what they did wrong ! Then the lady on the phone was so nonchalant about the situation! No customer service at all and she wouldn’t let me speak to the manager after continuously asked her to put him on the phone! It’s been three days still no delivery !! Now I will have to call out again to just for them to delivery it tomorrow which is not even guaranteed . I don’t recommend! At all!

Waist my money! They packed the items wrong in a plastic bag and would give me back my money.

I bought two bedroom sets. The delivery guy screwed a nail in my headboard that went all the way through to the front. He also damaged my baseboard. They left a complete mess in my home. I then ran out the door with boxes on my landlords property. I called their phones and they wouldnt answer. I paid them $250 for delivery and set up. Plus I tipped. I have pictures but they wont answer the phone. Im very upset

Bad for business i been waiting all day for my daughters bedroom furniture to be delivered which was scheduled for 04/09/21 after 4 and its now 8:51pm..I havent received a phone from anybody in reference to my delivery or anything..I been calling the store since 5pm to see if the delivery was still in process for today and all I got was a busy signal up until 7:30pm store closing time..This is truly bad for business when you pay $250 for delivery on top of that..Thats what happens when you deal with these stores in the hood..They dont respect the value of the minorities money..smh

The store was neat the staff was nice and they had overall good prices. What my bf was upset at was that we did purchase a kids bedroom set and after choosing the color of choice at the store the day of delivery the furniture Co called and said they only had it in one color. After deliberating we took that color and they attempted to deliver the next day which unfortunately my bf was not home and we had left clear instructions on the day of delivery. On top of that bcz he was going to build it himself they didnt have to set it up just bring it upstairs but when the driver came he wanted me to receive the furniture in front of the building instead of them bringing it up. Told me it was drop off only and I said yes drop off but in his apt not outside. I told him my back was not in any condition for me to carry any piece of furniture that has to go to a very high floor. Plus the instructions clearly said to bring it Wednesday not Thursday as no one would be home. Because I was the one that spoke to the driver on a 3 way call with my boyfriend I knew what I had told him and translated it back to my bf. The store verified with the driver and the driver said That he never told me He was going to leave it downstairs 🤔. Yes I think I know exactly what I told him bcz I know perfect English, understood what he wanted to do and translated all back to my bf. Having a paralegal background helps too as I translated alot at the law office and after when I went to work for the state courts system in NY. So I can definitely back myself up and dont need to get everything twisted. Probably didnt want to get in trouble but your not going to discredit me as that driver clearly lied to the person that called him to verify. So because of this incident ill definitely give them low stars. Dont sell something you dont have because after we bought everything curtains and all now we have to change the whole room to accommodate a color we didnt asked for but wasnt an option for us to change. Very disappointed.

I bought a sofa bed for 400 dollars and i was told the payments were to be made monthly. They started billing me every 2 weeks. So far i have paid the 400 dollars but every 2 weeks they still billing me n taking payments out of my account. So far i have paid 520 dollars when the total was only 400 dollars. When will they stop charging me i dont no. I will call them today n put a stop to this or i will call bakero in the news n get all my money back. Who do they think they are messing with peoples hard earned money?.

One star was given, only because I couldnt leave a comment without rating them. I purchased a brand new floor freezer approximately 2 months ago from this establishment. The freezer stopped working before July 4th 201 . I was told by an associate that the freezer has a warranty but the manager would not be in until after the 4th. Ive been playing phone tag with this establishment since July 5th with no resolution e.g. the manage is not in; the manager is busy. I called this morning and was told to call back in 2 hours because the manager was busy. I called back three times and no one answered. I called the 4th time and the phone was picked up but quickly hung up after the person heard my voice. Now were back to not answering again. Im not asking them to replace the $109 worth of meat I lost. Just replace my freezer and youll never hear from me again.
