Staff in office very helpful and friendly. always on time with deliveries and I have never ran out of propane. I have been a customer for about 5 years now. Not a complaint yet!

I feel bad for the girls in the Newark office, when a technician does not show up for an appointment they are the ones who have to apologize even though they are not the one who messed up. I will give the company one more chance. I missed work for a no show !

Great service have used Superior Plus for many years!

I initially really liked this company but as time has gone on I’ve found they have poor customer service and never go above and beyond in any regard. They won’t even set up autopay for their customers, instead wanting to send me a form in the mail to fill out and send back through the mail. If I own a business and someone wants to give me their money at a designated time every month, I make it happen no questions asked. In fact I do this very thing in real estate. This led to me running out of propane at an inconvenient time (I thought I had set up the autopay) and a tick tacky charge of $125 to come fill my tank up or I sit in the cold for two days. I asked them to atleast split the cost with me as I did not feel totally in the wrong (I tried to reach out to them and put my name on a call back list never received a call back). They refused. I already have two properties in this area and I plan on getting many more. They just threw away tens of thousands or in the long run hundreds of thousands of dollars in future business over splitting a $125 delivery fee with me. It took the person 30 minutes to get to my house. Pay employee for half hour and gas to get to my home and it is still under half of $125. Unbelievable.
