Mike and team are still the best ! We did the remaining windows and they go all out to keep the customer happy. Everything is cleaned up spotless after the job is done and all installation details are discussed transparently. If you have to trust a business; I would recommend R&M for your needs.

Had a great experience with R&M! If youre looking for high quality work at very reasonable prices with the added bonus of dealing with amazing people, this is the place for you. Called Mike to get an estimate on replacing our main door and security door going to our backyard and he gave me a rough estimate that very same day. This was extremely helpful bc I was able to get a few more quotes from local businesses in the area so I could do a price comparison, and R&M turned out to be the most affordable. Mike immediately put me in touch with Andrea who handled all the paperwork, ordering, scheduling, and deposit for the project. R&M gets extremely busy, but given this was a one day job, I was able to get an appointment within a month, which is great turnaround time, especially in the bay area. Once our doors arrived, Andrea contacted me to finalize the date of installation and on the day of, Jorge came to work on the project. Jorge was an extremely nice gentleman with great knowledge, a true master of his craft, and just an overall amazing work ethic. He was very meticulous in everything he did, and he even vacuumed our carpet and hauled off all the old material when the job was completed. Overall, Mike, Andrea, and Jorge were an absolute pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend R&M for any future window and door projects youre looking to get done. You really cant go wrong, not just from a price standpoint, but overall quality as well. Some of the best in the business! Looking forward to working with R&M in the near distant future.

R&M replaced three interior doors for me that last summer. They did a great job. Very fair price. Very punctual. There was a minor error made which they were very quick to correct. I definitely plan to use them again. Really good people.

I just had all of my windows replaced by this company and I cannot complain! They were on time, easy to work with, answered my many questions with ease (and there were ALOT of questions, the pricing was right on point with the other quotes I received & most of all they were very clean when doing the install! They rolled out tarps to protect my interior floors (as well as my front lawn) removed & reinstalled all of my window treatments......and handled my puppies with ease :)I DEFINETELY recommend this company to all! The process working with the team at R & M was painless from start to finish. They were very helpful taking us through the window options and answering our questions. When the time came to install, it was done in a reasonable time frame. We had one issue with a window arriving with a mispositioned pane from the manufacturer. They took care of it and replaced it as soon as the accurate part arrived. I would have no problem referring R & M in the future.

I needed a new side door and contacted Mike, the owner, on Yelp. I got a very quick and positive response. I then talked to Mike over the phone and he was really helpful and took the time to explain the options I had and he gave me a rough quote which was acceptable. Then Mike came over to look at the details, took some more time to explain the process and challenges. All of this happened fast and very smoothly. They are also very punctual.A few days later, I got a formal quote from Vanessa, the office manager. Then we worked on scheduling the work. They were very helpful and were able to get the work done on a Saturday, which really helped. Jorge did the work. He was very meticulous, courteous, and worked skillfully. He did a good job at cleaning up too. So far, I am very happy with the work they did. R&M rocks! I had three exterior doors installed by them recently. Their pricing was middle of the road. Mike is a great owner of the business--he explained everything to me patiently and even offered money-saving tips. For example, he told me that I would save money if I bought the locks/deadbolts myself and I did. He uses email, whereas many of his competitors dont. The installation was very smooth, and R&M provides warranty on their installation for as long as I own my home. This is what I call good service. Highly recommended!

For the past four years I have contacted R&M to install a window or two (too expensive to have them all done at once) a year. The windows look good, they muffle the sound from outside, and they are more efficient at keeping the elements out. I have wondered if I could get a better price (it seems high to me), but they do such a good job installing the windows and then cleaning them-- plus I trust them-- that I just go with what I know.

The team did excellent work. The communication was great, the pricing was fair, and everything was completed promptly. The one issue I had with some excess materials being left in our yard was immediately resolved after a quick call to the company. Will use again.

I found R&M doing a Google search. I almost went through a very advertised company, but found them to be dishonest, and went to R&M. From the very first time I met with Mike I found him to be honest and straightforward. Each time he said he would call me he did. The price was very competitive - and now after the job has been completed I can say the price was GREAT! My house looks AMAZING! They even did a door accessory so that our family member who uses a wheelchair can get in and out of the sliding glass door without any problems. Speaking of the sliding glass door - it is beyond beautiful. Its wood and creates a homey elegance. I would recommend R&M to anyone seeking window or door replacement.

R & M Quality Windows and Doors - absolutely the best! The workers are professional, the quality of the products is excellent, and the pricing is very fair. We recently had an upstairs sliding glass door replaced with a big window so there was lots of work to do on a project like that; fast, efficient, and quality work. They have done other windows for us in the past and the quality remains outstanding.

R&M replaced the solarium windows in our house. Weve been looking the last few years for a suitable replacement but most did not have a one piece design until we talked with R&M. We were thrilled to hear that PlyGem offered a one piece design that would eliminate the water leaks. Other window companies suggested we close off the solarium part of window while or use a two piece design which is the original design that led to water leaks. The R&M team took care of removing the old window, dry rot cleanup and repair, replace insulation, install new window and window sill, re-stucco and painted exterior wall, re-textured and painted the interior wall. The team was very professional making sure to keep dust and debris to a minimum while working inside the house. They hauled away the old window and demo debris. They cleaned up the outside before leaving each day. I really enjoyed working with the R&M team and would not hesitate to recommend them as well have them come back to replace the other windows in our house.

We had all our windows and doors replaced by these people.LEAKED as soon as it rained last year. We called them and they sent out technicians to seal the windows because they didnt seal properly in installation process.LEAKED again this week. We are sealing the leaky windows (yes, multiple!) ourselves this time.I wonder who wrote the other reviews. These people are obviously unprofessional, consider the main function of a window is to provide access to air and light WITHOUT letting the element (wind and water) in. I would give them 0 if Google would allow a zero.

Through R & M Quality Windows and Doors, I just had 9 windows and one sliding door retrofitted with the Milgard Tuscany series, and couldnt be happier with the quality of workmanship. They removed all curtain rods at no extra charge, and remounted them better than they were mounted before. When they were finished, they did some touchup work and cleaned the windows. My 40 year old home now looks new. This is a small business that takes pride in its work, satisfying any request to keep the customer happy.
