Advance just replaced our old falling apart deck with the Trex system, and it looks GREAT! The head of the team that replaced our deck was very pleasant, neat, and did an excellent job on the deck. If we had questions, he was always more than willing to answer them. Great team, fabulous deck - great job - would recommend them to anyone that needed a new deck. And it only took them 3 days to finish even with the rainy weather. Finished earlier than expected, and very sturdy.

Advance Inc. came to replace four windows with top quality double hung windows by a major manufacturer( OKNA). Their work was professional and meticulous. They came early and checked out the window locations which had been reviewed and measured earlier. The features of the windows were explained and demonstrated. They removed even the smallest smudges and vacuumed the surrounding area. The two installers, Matt and Dave, were courteous and friendly and had a good sense of humor. Before the installation, all phone calls were answered and all contact was caring, accurate and respectful. This is a first-class company. Youll find none better.

Absolutely wonderful. I can not say enough great things about advance. We just had two of our Bow Windows installed in our family room last week and we could not be happier. Starting with the excellent customer service I received from the office in Newark, De. Scheduling was easy and fast. Rodney came out to our home and was very professional and knowledgeable of the products and services they offer. After that, he scheduled for Gary to come out and measure everything so he could order the windows. The crew that came to our home to install the windows were very professional and well skilled in their craft. They covered everything in my home in the area they were working so nothing would get dirty. They had the windows out and the new ones in only a couple of hours. And they look incredible. The trim on the inside of the home and outside looks great. I did not realize how much of a difference a nice trim would make. The windows are beautiful and they are extremely well-priced compared to the other two estimates we received. We already have our next two sliding glass doors on order with them. Highly recommended.

Advance did an excellent job replacing our front door. Rodney was very responsive and quick to provide an estimate. Their quote was very competitive with the other quotes received for the same project.The door was delivered to their shop earlier than expected and they were able to complete the job over a month before the date they provided when ordering the door.

Over the years I have done all the work on my home myself. Why? Because I am a stickler for quality material and craftmanship. When it came time to replace 27 windows in my home, I had to trust someone else. After meeting with several local contractors, I chose Advanced. 2018Our 1st experience with Advance Inc., has been a memorable one, to say the least. We wanted to get entire outside of house redone, removing & replacing: roof, siding, windows, gutters/down spouts, porch post. Starting with our estimator Rob Coursey, he was personal. Rob helped us through every detail, with his no rush, no pressure personal attitude. We were told the entire job would take roughly a week, contingent on weather.The roofers, siding & gutter crews, all showed up on time, everyday, were all very polite and patient with our daily questions. As you can imagine, when the entire outside tear-off happens, things can look a little ugly, especially with demo debris. We soon realized...no worries. Every day, our property and even our neighbors properties, were cleaned up like nothing happened that day. The entire job was completed as promised, not much more than a week. I had them out to the house for a full replacement of my 26 windows they are 26 years old. Gentlemen Showed up on time and followed all CDC guidelines. The price I received i thought could of been better and the CSR came down 5% and I was sold. The windows have been measured and now it’s the waiting game which I was informed could be 3 to 4 months which I excepted with the times we are in. So far everything has been great with two follow up calls informing me of the process.I will update you all when the job gets started.

Advance Inc installed a pair of doors to the back room of my garage. The doors fit perfectly. The locks were easy to use to open one or both doors, which allowed me to take my lawnmower and bigger items out.

After 18 years, my wife and I started to renovate our home. We met with several companies (one of them being Advance). Prices were comparable with all of them, but quality of materials were not. We preferred the options that Advance offered and felt they were the right company for the job.I have never been a fan of high pressure sales techniques, up-selling or salespersons who’s answers are all about getting you to sign the papers. Rob, Advance’s sales representative, we found to be very personable. It was his knowledge and truthful answers that were the deciding factor in why we chose Advance for our first major home improvement job. We were installing solar panels and wanted to have a new roof installed before the installation. The Advance roofing crew headed by Adrian, were all very professional, friendly, and worked extremely hard during the hot summer heat in July 2019.We were so impressed with the roofing job and crew, in early 2020 we decided to continue our relationship with Advance and met with Rob again for our second job. This time a new 8 foot front door with side lights, family room french door, large foyer window, master bedroom windows in the front of the house and some cedar impressions siding accents. We were very happy with the job and quality of the finished work that Steve and Calvin completed. Like most jobs there are small details that need to be adjusted and these were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction with our project manager Gary.In November 2020, we completed a third job with Advance in which we installed two more doors, windows, and additional cedar impression and board and batten siding. Most recently, we scheduled a fourth job for the Spring of 2021 to complete the remaining windows (I have over 40 windows in my home). I can not say enough about how much Advance has exceeded our expectations in every way—the quality of work, great crews and home office staff. They are friendly, requests and concerns are answered quickly by our Project Manger Gary and Sale Representative Rob.Based on the excellent rapport we have with the entire Advance team, we have decided to continue our relationship with them for all future home renovations, no need to look any further. We purchased 6 replacement windows in 2010 and are still extremely well pleased with our purchase. The windows still look like new and my husbands 91 year old mother who lives with us, can raise and lower her windows by herself. The installation was professional and seamless. Got a very good deal on replacing all my windows in my mobile home. Unfortunately the pandemic hit so I had to wait longer than expected (at no fault of Advance) to have them installed. The installers were professional and did a great job. I had my windows shortened so they even sealed up the bottom portion on the outside (unfortunately Advance doesnt do inside/drywall). I hired (on the side) one of their installers (Sean) to seal up the inside with insulation and drywall. His first day he got everything sealed up but needed to come back to sand everything down and seal more (if needed). After his initial appearance, he is very hard to reach and basically doesnt respond. He finally did show and sanded but needed to seal up more and said hed return for another visit but hasnt responded to any texts, calls, or voicemails. While I would highly recommend Advance to do your needed work, I would not recommend hiring Sean for any side work.

Our sliding-glass door wasnt opening at all, so we called the company that installed the door ~10-15 years ago. Gary came out (right on time), quickly found the problem (bearings shot), obtained replacement parts (same day), and fixed the problem. Now we have a functional door thats nearly silent -- Im ecstatic! Gary was friendly and competent. Ill definitely use this company again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Very pleased!

We had a new roof installed by Advance, and they did an outstanding job. The gentlemen who came out were polite, and did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. We needed to remove the chimneys from our house a few weeks later, and we had Advance take care of that job as well because we were so happy with the work they did on our roof. The chimneys are gone, and you can’t tell they were ever there. Seamless job by a group of polite, hardworking guys. We will only use Advance for any future work needed on our home.

After 7 years my kitchen sliding door seal went. Advance did the original install. After just one phone call, Alice guided me thru the warranty process and a replacement door was ordered. About nine years ago we had Advance, Inc replace all our windows in our house. We were very please with the windows and the customer service. Last month we contacted them to replace our entry door and storm door. Rob came to our house and took his time to go over the selection of entry and storm doors. We just had 19 OKNA windows installed in our home and are very pleased with everything. Roland was very helpful and did an excellent job of answering all of our questions and explaining the process. Weve been customers for a long time. Weve had windows and doors replaced by them and have never had a problem. When an issue did come up, they were more than courtesy on the phone to get a technician out to correct. The technician, also, was very courtesy. We lost a lot of shingles in the latest noreaster. The adjuster was at our house and told my wife we had an emergency and needed to get roof covered ASAP. Recently my wife and I got our windows and gutters done by Advance. We used Advance years ago to have our siding redone and they were great then as well. This has been the most respectful and reliable company we have ever dealt with. If you want high quality work and professionalism this is definitely the company to go with. Rob Coursey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the work we wanted to have done. The guys that installed our windows were just as great. I really cant say enough good things about this company. I can say, I will call them with my next project that has to do with windows, siding, doors, screened porch, etc. Call Advance, you wont be sorry!

Advance does really nice work and their customer service is excellent. After many years the sweep on my door wore out and they replaced it. Alice even dropped the sweep off at my house on her way home from work. That kind of service is hard to come by these days. Thank you Alice.John

I dealt with Advance for about 30 days. Roland and everyone else at Advance listened to what I wanted and then made recommendations that were smart and cost effective. I had 2 exterior doors replaced and they did a great job. A crew of 4 men showed up on time, replaced both doors in less than 3 hours and removed all debris, vacuumed ... doors look great. I shopped around beforehand and very competitive prices plus good referral from neighbors who used them before. I would recommend Advance to anyone who ask.

Advance Inc. was such a great company. We had our siding redone and one window replaced. They helped us every step of the way- even when I changed my mind on sinding colors. They were more than happy to help and answer questions promptly. They pay attention to the details and they exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this company and I plan to use them when we install our deck and new windows in the future.

Buyer beware! Although our roof looks very nice and the work crew very clean and friendly,be careful! Our contract stated in two separate places for decking material to be replaced with real wood. After the old roof had been removed, we were informed that a composite materal was delivered and that would replace faulty areas of decking. We had put an extra $500 in the estimate for the real wood. When we called on the day of the installation my husband was told the compsite would be better for the purposes of our roof. The fact is that the correct materials were not delivered in the first place. Felt like a bait and switch and they kept the $500 saying the cost of materials was a wash . Not what we discussed,wanted or payed for. Was told I am sorry you feel that way Mrs. Hunter. Just looking for a company that is trustworthy, because we would be in the market for windows and doors too. Would not recommend. Received the paid in full notice which states that the warranty has been extended to 30 years and we are very thankful for that. It does not change our review of the services as the work should have been completed the way we originally planned in the contract from the beginning.

I would highly recommend Advance for any home improvement job. Today was the 2nd time in a year that we have used them for a project and it was the best decision. This company is stellar! Customer Service included the president washing my moms windows himself after installation (shes 85).If there is a problem it is addressed. Quality, prices, professionalism. Advance recently replace my roof, all the crew was polite and extremely hard working, Advance was here on the day they said, I was promised the roof would be completed in one day, and they kept their promise.What a great company to deal with.

Fantastic Company! I had the good fortune to find a company and ancillary staff that helped us through all areas of pricing, installation and pay arrangement for a new roof. Lauren and Alice are terrific people- they kept me updated and arranged everything so that we didnt have to worry about all the associated things that come with the roof. We had several days of drenching downpours and they gave me the time to adjust my schedule so we could change the install date.On the day of install, I had direct contact with the QA person who kept in the loop to make sure I was satisfied. Roof Installer Crew Chief Adrian and his crew worked like animals in the 95 degree heat and didnt leave until the work was completed. The price was competitive and I would 100% use them again in the future.Do yourself a favor and call these folks first.
