Good customer service, some limitations in the store on same day industrial needs

Believe it or not food is awesome at this Gas Station hahaha no bull !

The guys at this location (especially Chris at the counter) are ALWAYS helpful. Why anyone would go to a biog box store (Lowes/Home Depot) vs. going to Dover electric is beyond me. Prices are competitive, parking is never a problem, and the one on one service with the guys here is great. If you have a question, they either answer it on the spot (~99% of the time) or get back to you with an answer - ohhh and guess what the answer is CORRECT....! Try going to a big box store, and find a person to answer an electrical question correctly - GOOD LUCK with that...! Bottom line is I have NO IDEA why you would shop anywhere else but Dover Electric for your electrical needs / parts....

Excellent customer service. We were looking for a weird part and they looked extensively to help us find it.

This is not the place for the do it yourself person. The short bald employee was arrogant, talks down to customers and showed zero interest in helping someone figure out what they need. He questioned why I was creating a light fixture instead of just buying a light fixture. He did however state that I needed a place to buy pieces, I asked if they did he said no. The when I said thanks and went to leave, he chuckled and made a snide comment I didnt catch. They had their regular customers behind the counter as if its a club instead of a store to help people.

They have items not found at big box stores and great prices. The 1 on 1 customer service is a plus.
