Great place to work. The culture, benefits, the people are great. Team oriented, great HR dept. Growing opportunities within the company for the properly motivated individual. There is a learning curve in some areas. Onsite training is available, though. Its not cake. Its regimented, for good reason. High quality work for mission critical and medical devices that save lives. The company has done well under the new CEO and management the last few years.
