Very friendly! And Helpful! I waited about 10 min. Due to limit amount of people allowed in store due to the whole covid-19 thing but when it was my turn everything went smooth and quick. The girl that helped me was Nellista, she was friendly and helped me so much ..get a phone set up for my mom! Great customer service!
ATTENTION REGIONAL MANGER to this store 150 market stI went there on 8/28 to add a line stylo 6 and the rep there ana Rodriguez over charged me $15 by adding a screen protector and adding insurance that we didnt discuss or mentioned and when i got home i saw the extra chargers on my RECIPET so i went back there to talk to the store manger by the name of hassan clark and he acted like he didnt know about the theft that is happening at his store. If you read the bad reviews on here other customers are stating the same case THEY ARE GETTING ROBBED AT YOUR BRANCH.if you DONT believe me please review the camera .i made a few complains to the corporate office and newark city hall and hopefuly you will make the right decision by replacing the supervisor and his crew.

Do not go to this store. I specifically said what I wanted and they charged me for a free case and on top of that this amount only included what I purchased today....45 min after they ran my card they said I still had to pay another $80 for my bill for my line. Why not say that up front? Was there for an hour and a half and had to spend another hour on the phone with customer service.
Victoria helped me with my new phone transfer and set up. Her knowledge of todays technology was very resourceful. She also displayed excellent customer care. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
I like coming to metro cause of the patients kindness and respect that i receive from Rafael. He takes his time to help you understand and breaks whatever it is that you dont know down. Rafael will never let you leave the store unless you understand and satisfied. Rafael is a outstanding worker.

Very helpful staff members. Very fast service. They are very professional and dont past any judgements on their customers. Whoever you are and however you look they will treat you with the same level of respect and professionalism. The armed security guard keeps a Keen eye on things and everyone. He analyses behaviour and seems to position himself for any out of the norm action.
Bad treatment with customers, very tough and they unprofessional. They dont know any of the offers and promotions. The supervisor speaks Spanish I dont remember his name very rude and yell to the customers. They are thieves, everyone gives different prices on same deals.I dont recommend this Co- store and also Metro by T-Mobile company. Bad services and high prices.
The Metro PCS corporate store on Market Street in Newark is a great place to get phones at a very fair price could also get phones for free depending on the plane that you get I recommend going there the staff is friendly and professional

They were trying to charge me $105 for a phone that was $40.00.Corporate stores you pay what is online in the store.The salesman was pushy and rude.Furthermore I can not be the only one who noticed that the phones last for a year before the start to malfunction.If you send it in to get serviced before the year is up you get an even worse refurbished phone.Then the phone is no longer sold in the store.Though they offer a more expensive phone. That is supposed to be better than the last phone.Though the cycle starts again they hit you with an upgrade fee (just call customer service in the store, because they will not let you leave until it is turned on)

HOW TO GIVE ZERO STARS?!?! Could this place be more hood? Do they hold job fairs in crackhouses or rap battles? If you are a manager, or even a supervisor of a major store, AND have the nerve to be corporate offices of Metro PCS, why in the world would you have a boombox speaker holding the door way B-L-A-S-T-I-N-G hip/hop music....wait, were not talking the good kind, were talking the current stuff that sounds like a retard that didnt finish 2nd grade and made an album at 25, and its so loud customers have to talk over it to the sales rep. I witnessed one rep tell a customer he was getting a phone for him, the customer sat to wait, and the rep put on his coat and went to the store down the block....while his superiors were there looking. METROPCS...STOP HIRING HOODRATS....heres a hint....if they have visible tattoos in business attire...get rid of them. Theres style and then theres tackiness. Write up employees for calling customers Yo or bruh or at least hire a Customer service specialist to hold training classes for your crew, because I can tell you now, when money reclaims downtown Newark, there will not be ONE HOODRAT in your corporate office anymore. There will be only one darkey, just to make things look diverse.

I wish I could give zero stars. Horrible customer service. I came in with a problem with my sim card didnt even bother looking at the phone just told me there was nothing they could do. Got on the phone with metro they directed me to another store, problem fixed. If you cant or dont like dealing with people why pick a customer service position?

Horrible customer service excessive wait times . People sign their name and leave and even if their name is called they come back an hour later and skip all of the people that have been waiting. Security guard lacks any type of authority people come in and harass paying customers and he just sits there on his phone . glad Im switching phone companies and never have to come back here
