Excellent. Came as advertised. Worked as soon as I swapped out he screens, however, the model number of the screen is printed on the screen and I am not sure if it will come off. I tried to wipe it off with a little soap and water. It appears on the screen when the screen is on.

Service was good. The screen was delivered pretty quickly. The only disappointment I have is that it wasnt obvious from the their store that the screen I ordered would come without bezel. As a result I have a working but stitched-up awkward looking laptop. I was all set to Sunday evening to teach a 5-day online class when the left 3rd of my Dell Precision m6800 went wonkie and greyed out. I managed to pull off the class with the help of an external monitorbut needed to teach next week away from home.Called the support line and the technician I spoke with was extremely helpful and efficient including looking up my Dell service code to identify the proper connector size for my display without me having to take it apart.The order went in on Monday and the new display arrived Wednesday. I waited until class was over but the Saturday morning installation went off without a hitch and my new display was perfect!Although I hope I wont have to buy another replacement anytime soon, their policy is once youve ordered any display from them the next order, of even just one more, will receive a quantity discount.The only way I can imagine this purchase going better is if someone had hand delivered the display and installed it for me!

The screen arrived a few days after ordering and it was well packed / undamaged (a concern of mine) at my grandsons residence. He was able to install it without any issues, laptop lives for another school year.

The screen fit and the tape was just right.The suction cup was useless with a shattered screen.The YouTube video, combined with tips from several other sites, enabled me to replace the screen in about 2 hours. Most of that time was dealing with removing the severely shattered screen and the shards of glass that made it tedious to get the old screen off without damaging the LCD.Using caution, the rest went fine.Couple items not on your video:-If the old screen is severely shattered, cover it with tape first to keep the glass splinters contained to your work space.-There is a tiny magnet in one of the corners that gets stuck to the old glue and you can miss it and throw it away with the broken glass pieces.-Use Scotch Magic tape to remove the dust particles from the LCD screen; its much more efficient than a dust cloth.-When inserting the new screen, start with the top end and at an angle, gently aligning it side-to-side before laying into place.-Keep track of which screws come from where... they are not all identical in length or thread type. I use small containers to keep them separate; you can use something as simple as mini Dixie cups.-The Putty knife was risky; I ended up using a small bladed pocket knife to lift the edges of the old screen & scrape off the old glue. Then a Q-tip with a touch of rubbing alcohol to clean the residue, being careful not to wet other areas. (just a touch, dabbed on a paper towel to get off the excess)-Briefly heating the outside edges again while gently pinching the glue areas to help the new glue set.Thank you for taking the time to produce the video and for the timely and in-tact delivery of everything ordered.

The screen came in great condition, and I was able to install it. It had peel-away tape on the front of the screen frame, which my old screen did not appear to have had. The screen bezel snaps in, but the tape makes it sit even more snugly.
