No personality in there. No excitement. The greeter could certainly make visitors feel more welcome. Check in was confusing as she did nothing. After check in a few associates standing around with no acknowledgement. The people who were busy... well, they were busy doing their job. Half hour wait with nobody coming to me asking if I had any questions until called or anything. Very poor service. Next time I will either go up to Concord Rd location or make an appointment... if that makes a difference. All I want to do is get some information about my upgrade, which phone is best suited for my needs, and make a decision.

When I needed to get a new box for one of my TVs I turned in the old one. Long story short, they deactivated the wrong box, resulting in hours of wasted time on the phone with tech support trying to figure out what happened. Eventually there was a service call (that tech was great) who figured out the problems and fixed it.

I am new to the area and still teleworking, I needed my new internet set up on the weekend so I scheduled an appointment but got lost and ran late. I thought for sure they would not see me without an appointment, boy was I wrong!!! I came in and told the wonderful young man at the door (I wish I had looked at his name tag) what happened and I totally understand if I need to reschedule, he said no way! Let me get someone to help you and literally walked me over to Ms. Valery who saved my weekend. I explained I needed to have my network ready on Monday and she said no problem, we can help, even on the weekend! She helped me and made sure I had the Xfinity app and told me how this will walk me through set up, step by step, and she was right. Amazing customer service online in the chat, as soon as I stepped foot into the store and even with my self install.

Comcast is the worst internet and cable provider in the business! Please pick anyone else you won’t regret it! Comcast has become a predatory company after only the dollar signs nothing more over the past 6 months they have removed all deals to extend contract I’m paying more for less Chanel’s and speed ! They will be soon extinct because of all the streaming services and trying to pinch every penny out of there remaining customers! As soon as Verizon is in my area ill be switching! Don’t be there next customer they prey on!

Swithed from AT&T to xfinity for my cell service which I’ve been meaning to do for a long time but thought it would be a pain to do, but i was wrong it was extremely easy due to getting the right associate to assist me, i was helped by Jeff Arm who was not only extremely knowledgeable when it comes to this field, but very professional and friendly, i wish all associates at all businesses were like this guy because he made it a very easy, pleasant experience, ask for him when u go, he’s very good at his job!

I would not recommend this location AT ALL! They have closed my account by mistake which was a nightmare for days trying to get it back. I recently went in to add a line and purchase a new phone. The heavy set women literally pretended to order the phone and complete the transaction and never sent it through. You are literally better off making any changes you need online yourself. Majority of the reps in the location just dont care, I am now convinced.

It was one person ahead of me. I was in the store for a hour to turn in my cable box. I was waited on and out the store in 3 minutes later. Thats crazy.

I am updating this review had to reduce my rating because the rep charged the wrong card and caused issues with my credit card. I came in and got a new phone. Asked if I want to use the card on file or a different one? I said different one and it seemed like there was a issue and said everything is fine now. I came home and checked my card, was charged on the wrong card. I can say from this point on I will do anything on my own vs. going into the store

I’ve had 2 technicians come out, one to replace my router (they downgraded my router since they ran out of the current model, which I understand with Covid) and to replace all my wiring, inside and out. I’ve had 3 straight months of internet that drops, and internet that just goes out for 10-12 hours straight. Everytime, customer service tells me they need to setup another technician which could take over a week. I work from home, and have accepted the fact that this internet provider will NEVER be able to provide me with stable internet. I can’t work from home or enjoy my leisure time. If there was any other provider for my area I would switch. It’s a joke that I’ve paid for internet that can’t connect, and have spent over 10 hours talking to customer service. If you can get a different provider, use them. I’m so exhausted from xfinity and Comcast that I’ve just accepted the fact that I need to plan my professional life and personal time around the fact that my internet doesn’t work. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I’ve been a long time Xfinity customer. When I asked about how to improve my router’s signal range, instead of trying to sell me on a product I didn’t need, they suggested moving my router and using a coax splitter with my TV cable. Really did the trick (even though I should’ve thought of that before). Really appreciated the help and not pushing me to buy something unnecessary.

This Xfinity store is definitely an upgrade from the previous location that had bullet proof glass dividers 🙄... My only complaint is that they should try to acknowledge each and every customer when they walk into the store since I didnt notice any kind of sign in system.. Its been quite awhile since Ive been there so maybe things have progressed but I went there on one day when it was fairly busy and I wasnt sure what to do when I walked in because the workers were helping customers.. I just took a seat with a couple of other people and hoped they would know who was next and so forth.. About 10 minutes later, some random guy walked into the store and approached the first employee whos customer was walking away.. She proceeded to help him too until one of the other customers said something. That was a little frustrating...

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Was in the store a few times to help my 82 year old father-in-law get set-up with Xfinity cable and WiFi. I worked with Dale Shockley and Kiona Perez, and both were very efficient and got the job done quickly and had us set-up and on our way in no time.

Updating star rating 2/11 based on subsequent visitI to pick up hardware. Guys were pleasant and quick to get me in and out. Not crowded at all. Below previous might be because there was a bit of a crowd.2/8: dont like doing this, however, went in to possibly get new residential account and registered with person at the door. At least 15 minutes later all customers before me were being helped. Two associates were chatting with each other so I figured they only did tech stuff. Two more customers walked in, bypassed the checkin and suddenly the two employees went directly to help them yet there I continued to sit. Apparently some kinks in the system.

Ok so I just canceled Xfinity home, cable TV, and phone. I kept internet. But now its up to me to return the equipment they brought to my home. Well this is the closest Xfinity store to me from elkton md. Guess I have to carry a box full of cable boxes and a home security system across a huge parking lot and through a mall. Fml

After being a customer for 10 years I went there to transfer my account and they didnt let me do it and lied that my contract was about to change, that I would lose channels and offered the same plan for more money!!! I solved by phone and went to Wilmington to get it done. AWFUL and disrespectful

They placed this in the mall. Which is inconvenient because parking is a mess. I wish they wouldve placed it across the street. So that I can be in and out. Decided to cancel comcast once they removed the kid channels from my packages channel lineup. Then, tried to make me upgrade to another package or pay extra for a kid pack. So annoying. They changed the lineup like a month after I agreed to a contract...

Horrible service. They need to have separate people working for the Xfinity service and the Xfinity Mobile. I had to wait freaking 40 minutes to return my stupid equipment to them. Complete waste of time!!!!!!!!! Exactly why I won’t be using Xfinity in the future.
