The best staff ever. We came in to buy a generator and they were super helpful with us, not only in helping us find what we were looking for, but they went above and beyond. We were looking for a way to get it home and our cashier offered to take it to us in her Jeep Wrangler after her shift. Also, the manager gave us a discount on it, saving us $200 up front and giving us 36 months interest free in paying for it. Exceptional customer service here.

Store is layed out really well, shelves are stocked, customer service was great and very friendly. Always find what I am looking for. Needed a small pair of hedge clippers, good price and quality.

Usually never have a problem at this harbor freight staffs always friendly the only thing I noticed about this one is a lot of times they wont have things in stock just to give you a heads up.

Check out girl was a little rude after she tried to charge me $130 for an impact driver that was clearly marked @ the store and online for $89. We had to walk to the isle where it was and we also had to clear it through a manager. Anyway, you get what you pat for, Good luck and have a Great!!!!

This place is amazing for basically any tool or hardware piece you might need. We are here quite frequently picking up various tools and supplies like a spring compressor when we were doing some car work or some nails and hammers for house work. If you give them your email, you get emailed receipts instantly and that makes it so easy if you need to return any item. They usually have a 20% off or even 25% off one item coupon on a given weekend which is a great way to save some money as well.

Super helpful staff. They were seemingly out of what I was looking for and after checking the back stock theu got me what I needed.

Good place to shop for Homeowner quality repair tools and supplies. Have very good prices on accessories like sandpaper, batteries, drill bits, etc. Have used many of their hand tools and small power tools with good results. Always have discount sales.

False Advertising, lack of customer service and care. Advertised is an auger for $199 for a 3 day sale. Call to check availability and am told they are out and not in stock and will be arriving in next Thursday. I asked if I could pay for one now and pick up when they have them stock in. Before even finishing my question ... the associate gave me a cold hard No. Very disrespectful and definitely not trying to take care of a customer. Seems to me like a bait and switch scenario.

Low prices. Good selection. Tools are usually off brand. Hand tools are generally quite serviceable.

Most times I find what Im looking for and then some. Fortunately the cashier was really friendly because the gentleman I asked for help didnt seem too happy to be there.

Men, you may not know a wrench from a screw driver, but youll probably feel welcome. Ladies, expect at least one person and thecashiers, to look at you as though you were a zebra. Ignore them. This is mini-Lowes slightly discounted. Better tools than a dollar store and as reasonably priced as tools would ever be, its a good store for what you need, or just to peruse. Please go. Maybe the store folks will realize were humans too and be helpful. If youre going to need advice, go to Lowes. Parking is aplenty and Acme is down the strip so you can pick up whatever food you need.

The store was empty except 1 or 2 other customers. The lady working at register on 6/19/20 was nice. But the tall black guy (manager type) was not nice and not helpful. He said youre in the wrong place when he found us looking for a generator near the display of generators at the front of the store (as opposed to, can I help you?). He told us where to go in the store to find more generators. But we left without buying. We had planned to spend about $1000. But they were out of stock of the generator we wanted. They had open box (as is) models of generator that we wanted. But they were boxed up. When we opened the box to examine the as is item (which had 5 day return limitation), the manager guy told us that we could not open the boxes, could not examine the used item and would need to buy without looking at the item first. He said these open box generators were refurbished. But they looked more like returns.

Friendly and helpful staff, good selection of told and supplies. Most of their stuff is made in China, so quality may vary, but the website has honest and unedited reviews. Their extended warranty program is easy and I have been able to exchange with no hassle.

Help was hard to get. Discount was decent.

Prices are great. The speed at the cash registers is bad. Its been that way for years. Always expect to watch the simplest transactions drag on.

New staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about inventory. One of the best shopping experiences that I have had in a long time.

Love Harbor Freight tools but when calling this store a coworker and I kept getting a fax machine like tone. One time they answered and put us on hold only to get the fax tone again. We are working remotely for a tv station away from home and we dont have time for this.

I have begun to shop at this location of Harbor Freight more frequently, as there is none near where I live in Pennsylvania. I have found that each time, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have had a good selection of the things I need, and I rarely see shelves empty. Will definitely go back again!

Well-stocked tool store with a lot of items that work just fine for household and light commercial use. You wouldnt want to equip a high volume professional shop with their stuff, but you can save a ton of money by using their tools for those one-time jobs.

Just visited this place for the first time. I was blown away at the great prices however there is no one in the aisles to help like there is in other hardware stores and cashiers never leave their post to help. So make sure you know exactly what you need when you go there otherwise it is a great place to buy off brand tools.

There was a wood bench that we saw in the sales paper . When we went to the store they didnt have any and gave us a Raincheck . We called every week after they had a truck come in for a whole month. We even called other stores and of course they didnt have it either . So why do you put an item for sale and not have it at every single store .

Tools are okay for short term use (not craftsmen quality) but great price if you got to get it done. Nails, sandpaper, drill bits, yard tools, respirators... are all okay.
