If there would be a 6 star rating I would absolutely give it with our a blink of an eye because of ADAM.For some one who has been in the industry for 20 years I can only say that ADAM is the only reason why I shop there. After shopping at many supply stores in the boroughs I look absolutely no further.He is a very skilled, professional and courteous individual who knows his stock in and out. When he says delivery is coming at x in the am or y in the pm, you better believe that delivery is there. Sometimes I am surprised of how he multi tasks at the same time and makes sure your product is on your job dispatched on time.It is a very rare find to deal with a sales person like ADAM who is very knowledged about the product he sells. Having an experienced customer service is an asset to the company.

I purchased a kitchen set an they delivered the kitten set with no box An no plastic around the item I will never purchase from this company again such a big company An they couldn’t wrap up my kitchen set I’m in total shock…! The never called that they were on there way for delivery they just showed up, An the sales person fixing my paper when I purchased this item was so rude An had such a nasty face..So irresponsible An negligent!! I was told this company was great I guess they were confused horrible experience.

If you need a real hardware store this is it. Recommend it to all my industrial and contractor friends. Well equipped store, good quality stuff its worth checking it out. Also very impressive Stihl equipment selection and logging apparel.

Continental Hardware may not have the glitz of Lowes or even Home Depot, but they have all the hardware and supplies I have needed.I have purchased electrical supplies, shovels, ant traps, adhesives, plumbing supplies, tools, lumber you name it. They have always had whatever I needed.The staff is very knowledgeable and always seem to know where everything is, regardless of who I asked.The only (slight) negative is the procedure for buying lots and/or large pieces of lumber is tedious, as you have to go out to their lumber yard adjacent to the main building and you have go through their inventory/checkout system using slips of paper. Maybe of someone did it often, like a contractor, it wouldnt seem so onerous. But for one time events its kind of annoying.Otherwise, I always try to shop at Continental for my home repair supplies. Its a great store.

Continental has been my favorite supplier for lumber and hardware excellent in customer service.People there has knowledge and are friendly.

This place is awesome, you will find things were that you never find in anyplace ever.

At this time, everyone should be more concerned with all clients and all population in general. To sell a box of masks at $65.00 is an absolute absurd. I simply won’t buy from the store anymore.

I didnt have time to check out much of the store but it was very refreshing to shop in a big-box sized hardware store that wasnt a Home Depot or Lowes. Im excited to take a good look around soon and unless I find major problems, I expect to change my review to 5 stars.

Working hours arent the best. Close too early on the weekends, but aside from that its a great place to get things you cant find at a regular hardware store.

Went to the store on Sunday to buy paint. Overall was a great experience. However, I inquired about a price of bathroom cabinet set and they quoted me a price. I agreed to the price and then when we called this morning to make arrangements to pick it up we were told that there was a mistake in the price. They would not honor the original price. Terrible business practices. I will never shop there again nor will I recommend anyone go there either. If anything changes I will update my post.

Great products. They have weird stuff too. But I saw on my receipt: NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES! What if the item is defective?

Service is horrible. We purchased a garage door this past weekend from this company. Went back the following business day to inform them parts are missing from the installation packet. Was told we didnt know what we are doing. Never doing business there again. Lost a family of customers purchasing from you over 20 years.

Don’t order form them . I have a 10k order they can’t even get a manager to approve it . I do weekly buys for this amount . There prices are over priced compared to others aswell . The people working don’t care about the sales and make this place lose allot of money . Manger dose not pick up his phone to confirm with his workers

This hardware store is ok. i been there 2x. some employees on the floor have nasty attitude. today i whent there for some aluminum tape. i ask the employee mixing paint, where can i find aluminum tape...he said he is busy...to wait my turn..i told him does he know the aisle number...he caugth a nasty attitude said whats is your problem u dont see i am busy.. i told him is just a question, take it easy...the first time i whent there another employee gave me a attitude also, when i when looking for pluming supplys..never i will go there again. i rather drive half hour to home depot or lowes......much better service!

This store, I find to be a place where I can get almost anything that I need for my work. Never have I been there that there wasnt somebody to help me, with what ever I need. The personal there are fantastic! Thank you, Continental True Value.
