Great customer service & nice people

Nice pharmacy with a beautiful over the counter section. carry many products that cant be found in other stores. i was surprised when they were able to get a product that was long gone from the shelves of regular chains. recently i have transferred all my prescriptions of my family there. pharmacist is very accessible and helpful. never going back to the chain.

First time I walked inside the pharmacy I thought to myself what a clean environment. Everything is neatly organized and the staff is very friendly in helping you find what it is you are looking for to purchase. The pharmacist himself is very knowledgeable on all pharmacy/drug related question and was very helpful to me with all of my concerns. The pharmacy pretty much has everything under the sun and if they dont a special order can always be arranged. I enjoyed my first experience at this store and will definitely be returning back not only as a patient but as a customer.

This Pharmacy is TOP service! As a single mom living in downtown Newark, I do not have any extra time. The owner (I assume) offered to deliver my babys medication for for FREE!! Who Does that anymore?? I am grateful and will only go to this pharmacy from now on. The personal service really makes this pharmacy a one-of-a-kind. You will not get this at the Rite Aid or CVS giant...youre lucky if you get a thank you... And the location is very convenient for anyone working or living downtown Newark.

Great pharmacy great staff owner is so nice and personable treats u like a person and not a number and goes above and beyond to help you. I just wish they were open later and on weekendUpdate::2/13/17 also forgot to add they deliver which is a great help for me and my mom who i take care of and i no longer drive so its convenient! Even tho CVS is right around the corner from me its the mom and pop person to person feel we get using Gateway Pharmacy and thats a rare thing nowadays!!

The pharmacist, Abin, is very knowledgeable,pleasant,professional and most of all reassuring,caring and follows up on his clients/patients! I am very impressed and pleased with the service!!! It is almost a year since Ive been using Gateway Pharmacy in Newark. Avi the pharmacist n his pharmacy assistant, Brenda are as professional, courteous n caring as they were from day one! Ive never met either if them but i feel treated as family. They have their couriers deliver ur meds..not according to their schedule..but ur schedule..no matter where u are..ur childrens house, at work or even visiting caring for a friend. All this for a nominal fee(co-pay) or for free! WHAT??? Please help urself by giving gateway a chance to help u! If not pleased..u can always switch back to ur ol pharmacy!! Im in the medical field over 50 years n have NEVER been more pleased with their professional caring service!! Respectfully submitted and updated 6-15-2017.
