The manager of this store is very rude. She is very loud and her English is hard to comprehend. She seems as though she often is upset to be at work.

The location is late opening, new new staff.

Employees need a refresher course on customer service/knowledge on products sold at this GNC.

This gnc is an Amazon pick up location. On Amazon, on the GNC website and even in Yelp it says they close at 8pm in Sunday. I specifically had a package sent there because of the sunday hours, as I work long hours during the week. I got there at 610 and they were closed. The lights were on and there was still someone inside. I showed him through the door the hours listed online but he didnt care. I was in the parking lot for almost an hour sorting it out with Amazon and someone was there the whole time. Says a lot about the company and the people they hire. That their information is incorrect and they will not honor that information when they are in the wrong. Just completely inconvenient and annoying, and this was an urgently needed item that is not available elsewhere. Especially as there was someone there that could have helped. Seems like there ate plenty of options of places to buy what they’re selling - support business that value service.

Is good service, the only thing is I have a specific vegan protein that I used to buy and now every single time I ask no one knows if they are going to carry the product again. ? What I like about this location is always parking..

Closed store 20 mins before posted closing time. Lights still on however the door is locked with no one visibly in the store. Knocked on the door for approximately 3 minutes before deciding to leave. Recommendation: Hire a new Staff!
