I never have to wait. But if I would have to wait it would only be a matter of minutes. Very Organized. All the workers are Friendly . Just a awesome place to go

Staff are very professional and very nice. Dr Gregg Goldstein ia a great ENT surgery. I would like to rate Dr Goldstein and his staff a 5 star.

I have been a patient for years. Its the same staff! Everyone is friendly and courteous and do not keep you waiting.

Great ENT doc, and they also do allergy shots here. Front desk staff is really nice and so are the doctors.

Doctor Goldstein ordered a CT. Read the CT & said my sinuses were normal. I questioned why I had persistent chronic sinus congestion & he claimed it was due to my migraines (although sinus congestion is NOT a symptom of migraine). He wrote a prescription & the pharmacy informed me my insurance required Prior Authorization. My pharmacy & I have contacted the office several times, & after 4 weeks the medication still has not been authorized.

Waiting time over 1hrs, Doctor time 30 seconds

All of the staff are very professional and were very concerned with my well being and it seems the well being of all patients. They also give value added service.
