I have been going to Professional Hearing Solutions for many years. I thought I had a hearing problem, but didn’t like my first hearing aids because everything sounded so tinny. So I stopped wearing them. One day my sister said to me “Do you know how LOUD that TV is?” So I made an appointment at PHS and I am so happy I did. After having my hearing tested, I asked Dr Stein if I REALLY needed hearing aids, because as most people probably believe, I didn’t really think I needed hearing aids. Boy was I wrong. Dr Stein counseled me on the best hearing aids for my needs and I can hear so much better now. And the follow up you get from PHS is beyond anything I’ve ever experienced.Not only is Dr Stein a great audiologist, she’s lots of fun to talk to. I actually look forward to my 3-month checkups. Dr. Christine Stein is very professional. Her personality made me comfortable and it was easy to ask questions regarding my hearing. When I initially went to see her, she did not pressure me to purchase hearing aids, or for me to immediately respond to the hearing loss I exhibited. She allowed me time to process the information I received, and left the decision of further contacting her up to me. She informed me of the hearing test results and recommendations, and left the rest up to me. She was also honest about the discounts I had read about and how they would apply to my situation. I trust her knowledge and expertise; and this is coming from a retired former speech therapist.

Dr. Stein was excellent. Very nice, pleasant and professional in her examinations. Her follow up was the best I have experienced. I would recommend her to anyone who has a hearing issue.

The service is good but needs to be a person all the time to get equipment like batteries, wax guards ext........ so we dont have to travel to Victor when we need things .I mean thats why there is an office in Newark right ?
