Do your best to avoid Motion Industries. After almost two weeks not hearing anything from them after placing my order (not even an email beyond a vague Ref #) I called to discover that they did not have the parts they claimed to have in stock on their website. However in the end they did their best and personally delivered the parts they did have in stock.Based on them putting in the effort I gave them another chance with a simpler order. Again, I didnt hear anything for almost a week, and only upon calling them did I find out that they were not going to have that part in stock for several months. This should have been easy to email me the day after I placed my order so that I could have placed an order from another supplier. This isnt acceptable for someone selling things on eBay, much less a large online retailer.
